I Raised My Husband (Wangxian)

Chapter 9

A guard knocked at the door. Sound of knocking wakes Wei Wuxian up. He slowly open his eyes. He moved his head right to left in search of the sound. Then he said, " Give me some time. I will come out soon."

Wei Wuxian washed his face and wore his outer robes and mask. He opened the door. The guard bow to him. Wei Wuxian repeat his gesture. The guard's eye widen after seeing a young master bowing to him. The guard said, " Young Master shouldn't have bow to this lowly guard."

Wei Wuxian protested, " No, I should bow to you. Because you are older than me. Even Cloud Recesses has a rule about one should respect his elder."

The guard felt his heart warming up. He said," Young Master Wei, His Majesty summoned you in dine hall. I will show you the way to dine hall."

Wei Wuxian followed the guard. Soon they arrived at the dine hall. He saw king Lan sitting in middle. On his right side, a beautiful woman was sitting and on his left side Grandmaster Lan was sitting. Beside the woman ,a handsome young man with calming smile was sitting. He can guess the young man was few years older than him. They were also few tables were empty. No one was sitting there. He guessed it was only for royal family. He bow to Lan king.

Lan Zhang said, " Child, you can take sit. Everyone will come soon. Let me introduce you my queen and son as know my brother already."

Lan Zhang's face turned to his wife, " this is my sweet and beautiful wif-"

Lan Lu blushed and cut him off. Then she said," Lao gong!!, stop it. A-ying , don't mind him. I'm Lan Lu. You can call me Lu- Ayi. You mother was sworn sister. Later I will share story about adventure with mother."

Wei Wuxian was astonished to see the interaction of King and queen. He had never seen this kind of interaction between madam Yu and uncle Jiang. ' She is my mother sworn sister. Now I can know about my mother. Was interaction between my mother and father like Lu-Ayi and His Majesty?'

Lan Qiren rolled his eyes. This was daily occurrence. He has grown immune to this kind of shameless display of affection. But for normal people, this was overwhelming. He saw the red flamed faced Lan Xichen and Wei Wuxian's astonishment. So, he try to divert their attention. He said, " Wei Wuxian, this is my nephew."

Lan Xichen composed himself and said with his calm smile," Wei Gongzi, nice to meet you. I am first prince of Lan Xichen. I also hope we can become friends. "

Wei Wuxian said with smile on his face, his smile can rival the sun. " I too hope that we can become friends. Call me Wuxian."

Lan Xichen replied,"Okay, then you will have to call me Xichen ge ge. "

Wei Wuxian agreed.

Lan Lu called Wei Wuxian. She said, "A-ying, I going to tell you a good news. We are  going to have a little member in our family. You are now a member of our family. You deserve to know the truth. But the problem is that my baby got cursed before birth. I will tell you in details later. "

Wei Wuxian nodded.

After few minutes, a guard came in and bow to them. And said, " Your Majesty, Xiao daozhang and Song daozhang has arrived. "

Lan Zhang said, "let them in."

Lan Zhang said to Wei Wuxian, " Child, they are one who wanted to meet you. "

Wei Wuxian  saw two young man, not as young as him, entered. One person was wearing white robes with black design. And other one was wearing deep blue robes with black design. 

They both bow to the Emperor.

Lan Zhang said, " You may take your sit, Xiao Gongzi and Song Gongzi."

They both sit beside Wei Wuxian. Lan Zhang said," Xiao Gongzi, this is Wei Wuxian. You want to meet him. He turned to Wei Wuxian and said, " Wei Wuxian, they're Xiao Xingchen and Song Zichen. They are disciples of the immortal Baoshen Sanren."

Wei Wuxian was eyes widen. He knew that the immortal was his mother's master. He didn't expect to meet any of his Grandmaster's disciple. Now, he is curious to know why they want to meet him.
Even Xiao Xingchen was looking at him with affection.

Xiao Xingchen cried, " Song Lan, see my nephew, we finally found him. A-ying,  last time I saw you, you were so small. You were smiling in mother's lap. Now, you are all grown up. Please forgive this uncle of yours for not finding you soon. We searched for your parents body. We didn't find any thing. But we found their remaining -

Song Zichen cut off, " Xingchen, we can discuss this later. We should not overwhelmed Wei Ying. It will be hard for him hear all of this. Please calm down first."

Wei Wuxian froze in his place. He didn't know how to respond. All those years, he believed that he didn't have any family members. He thought he was alone. He couldn't digest all those information at once. He still wants to know what had happened to parents. Why didn't they come back to him.

Lan Zhang tried to light situation. " I think Song Gongzi is right, Xiao Gongzi. You can talk with Wei Wuxian after dinner. He will not go anywhere. So, calm down."

Xiao Xingchen calmed down. In few minutes, the food was brought by servants. They all silently ate their food.
