Chapter 10

After dinner, everyone went to their room. Wei Wuxian went with Xiao Xingchen and Song Zichen so that they could spend time with each other.

They were quite for some time. They look at each other, doesn't know who should start first.

Xiao Xingchen decided that he should asked Wei Wuxian first.

Xiao Xingchen asked," A-ying are we allowed to your face?"

Wei Wuxian nodded. He removed his mask.

When the mask left from his face, they were astonished.

Xiao Xingchen said softly, "A-ying, you are so beautiful. You look like your parents."

Wei Wuxian asked, " What did I get from parents?" He really wants to know. In Yunmeng, uncle Jiang said that he looks like his mother.

Xiao Xingchen said, " King Jiang didn't tell you? It's ok, he didn't tell you. You mostly look like your father. You don't have sharp jawline, that's making you look more feminine. You got your eye color from Shijie. "

Wei Wuxian smiled. He was happy to hear that he looks like his parents.

Xiao Xingchen asked," A-ying, you also have your mother's smile. If you don't mind, can I know what is your second gender?"

Wei Wuxian hesitated to answer.

Xiao Xingchen said," I know you are a dominant Omega."

Wei Wuxian was shocked. Because his presentation was late.
He panicked," It is not possible. When my turn 15, I had my first heat. No one knows that I am an Omega. I hide my second gender from everyone. How do you know my second gender?"

Xiao Xingchen said, "When you were child, we all knew you are a dominant Omega. Your mother was also a dominant Omega. Dominant Omegas are rare. They can resist any normal alpha.  But world is not good place for them. Because greedy people want to cage them. So, your mother tried to found a way. Master helped her to create a protection array to hide your Omega instincts and scent until your first heat. It would also hide your scent on your heat. Only your trusted ones can smell you. But it would stop working after few months of first heat."

Xiao Xingchen asked, " A-ying, why did you hide your second gender?"

Wei Wuxian couldn't say the real reason, so he said, " If I had told them about my second gender, they would have stopped me from cultivating." What he said is not lie, but half truth. Because cultivation world don't allow an Omega to continue their cultivation, if they are not from a royal family.

Xiao Xingchen asked calmly , " A-ying, did you grow up in Jiang kingdom?"

Wei Wuxian answered, "Yes."

Xiao Xingchen asked again, "A-ying, did they treat you well? You don't have hide anything from me."

Wei Wuxian want to say that they treat him well but his mind is telling him to tell them all the torture he suffered there. So, he chose to stay silent.

Seeing Wei Wuxian was not answering his question , Xiao Xingchen chose to not force him.

Xiao Xingchen said," If you don't want answer, then I will not ask you. But I will tell you something about your parents that you must know."

Then he continued, " Your parents didn't not died in night hunting. They were murdered by queen Jiang. She killed your parents out of jealousy. Even king Jiang hid her crime. We saw all this on your mother memory. "

Wei Wuxian froze. He started to breathe deeply. He couldn't believe that madam Yu had killed his parents. What was even more unbelievable that uncle Jiang tried to hide madam Yu's crime. He always thought he owes them for giving shelter , clothes, food.

Xiao Xingchen and Song Zichen saw that Wei Wuxian was panicking. So, they tried to calm him down. "A-ying, Calm down. Breathe slowly. We are here for you."

Song Zichen said, " Wei Wuxian don't want to hear the full incident. Please calm down."

Wei Wuxian finally calmed down. But he started crying. He said, "Uncle, I want know to the whole incident. Please tell me uncle. I really want know to what happen to them. I always thought Why didn't they take with them? Why did they left me alone? Was I alive for only to suffer? "

Tears came to their eyes when they saw Wei Ying crying.  They are responsible for his misery. They should have found him earlier. They couldn't imagine how much pain Jiang Fengmian and Yu Ziyuan had caused Wei Ying.

Wei Wuxian said while sobbing, " Uncle, I always thought that I owe them for giving shelter, clothes, food, and a chance to be a cultivator. That woman berated me every day and whipped me with Zidian . She said that I owe them for giving all those things. She yelled that I am a son of servant and my mother was ...."
He couldn't continue. Suddenly, he felt everything is turning black. He fainted.

Xiao Xingchen and Song Zichen caught him in time. A tear slipped from Xiao Xingchen eyes. His nephew suffered all those things all alone. He couldn't imagine how he felt.  He really wants teach a lesson to Jiang Fengmian and Yu Ziyuan. How did they whipped his nephew. How did they killed his parents.

Song Zichen understand Xiao Xingchen is boiling with a raw rage. So he said, " Xingchen, save your anger for that damn* couple. Now, you have to take care of A-ying. "

Both of them placed him in his bed.

Song Zichen said, " Xingchen, we should let Wei Ying rest. The information was too much for him. We can talk to him tomorrow. "

Xiao Xingchen nodded, " But I will stay with A-ying. "

Song Zichen said, " Then I will go to my room."

After Song Zichen left, Xiao Xingchen removed Wei Wuxian's and his outer robes. He smelt sweet and fragrant scent, white plumeria and Lotus from Wei Wuxian. This reminded him of his Shijie. His Shijie  scented like plumeria rubra and Rose. His brother in law scented like Lotus with spices and wood apple. His scent is similar to his Shijie , like Rose and jasmine. While Thinking, he slowly fall asleep.

Plumeria flowers represent a new beginning. These flowers symbolize beauty, charm, and grace. Secondly, they represent spring, new life, new beginning, or birth. The plumeria stands for both, creation and recreation.
