**Pairing:** Chan (Caregiver) x In (Little)

In, a bright and cheerful idol, has been living with the emotional scars of a traumatic event from his past. Chan, a gentle and caring individual, takes on the role of his caregiver, determined to help In overcome his pain and find happiness again. As they navigate their daily lives together, Chan's unwavering support and love slowly chip away at In's defenses, revealing the vulnerable and sensitive soul beneath.

In's eyes were vacant, staring blankly at his toys  as he lay in bed. It was a familiar sight, one that had become all too common in the months following the incident. His bookie/best friend, Seungmin, had been worried sick about him, but even his efforts couldn't penetrate the darkness that had settled over In's heart.

That was when Chan entered the picture. A soft-spoken and kind-hearted caregiver, with a warm smile that could light up a room. Seungmin had hired him to take care of In, hoping that some TLC would help the young idol recover.

Chan's gentle knock on the door broke the silence. "In, it's time for breakfast. Would you like some toast or cereal?"

Nwo IN responded coloring in his coloring book. Chan didn't take it personally; he knew it was part of the process. He entered the room, carrying a tray with a steaming cup of coffee and a plate of toast. The aroma wafted up, and In's nostrils flared, but still, he didn't move.

"You don't have to eat, but please, In, try to drink some coffee. You need the energy," Chan coaxed, setting the tray beside In's bed.

In's gaze remained fixed on his fox plushie, but Chan noticed a faint tremble in his fingers. It was a small victory, one that gave Chan the hope to continue.

Days blended together, with Chan patiently coaxing In back to life. They started with small tasks, like taking short walks around the block, watching TV, or playing board games. In's responses were monotone, but Chan saw flickers of interest, like embers waiting to be fanned into flames.

One afternoon, while they played a quiet game of jenga. Chan accidentally knocked over the pieces. In's reaction surprised him – instead of apathy, In's eyes flashed with frustration, and he muttered, "Stwupit..."

Chan didn't scold or reprimand; he simply smiled and said, "Accidents happen, Innie... It's okay to get upset. It means you care." He gently gathered the scattered pieces, his fingers brushing against In's as they worked together to reassemble the game.

In's gaze met Chan's, and for an instant, their eyes locked. In's pupils constricted, as if he was searching for something – hope, perhaps, or a lifeline. Chan's warm smile and understanding eyes were an anchor, holding In in place.

Rainy days were the worst. The patter of raindrops against the windows seemed to amplify In's anxiety, making him withdraw further into his shell. Chan knew the signs, recognizing the subtle changes in In's posture, the way his eyes would glaze over.

On this particular rainy morning, Chan decided to take a different approach. He brought out a small, fluffy dog, its fur a soft, creamy white. The pup's wagging tail and joyful yips were impossible to resist.

In's reaction was immediate. He blinked " innie pway? IN says his gaze snapping to the dog, and for the first time in months, a whisper of a smile played on his lips. Chan watched, mesmerized, as In's fingers extended, hesitantly, to pet the dog's head.

The sound of In's laughter, though faint, was music to Chan's ears. It was the first time he'd heard it since they started their journey together.

As the rain continued to fall outside, In, Chan, and the pup formed an unlikely trio, finding comfort in each other's company. For In, it was a small step toward reclaiming his life, and Chan was honored to be by his side.

The incident had left its mark on In, but with Chan's unwavering support, he began to re-engage with the world. Seungmin, delighted to see the spark return to In's eyes, gradually introduced him to idol life once more.

During a music video shoot, In's anxiety threatened to overwhelm him. Chan, ever vigilant, noticed the subtle signs and gently guided In through the panic. As they waited for the next take, Chan produced a small, worn teddy bear from his pocket.

It was In's favorite childhood toy, one he thought he'd lost forever. Tears pricked at the corners of his eyes as he clutched the soft toy to his chest " tw-thwank chu" in says before taking a nap on the couch and continuing with his day.
