"Orm!"
"Orm!"
"Orm!"The owner of the name sprinted out of the cornfield the moment she heard her name being called.
"Khap!" she replied breathlessly to her teacher, a mix of excitement and nervousness bubbling inside her.
"Tomorrow, I have a learning program about agriculture to attend, and I want you to come with me, Orm. Do you want to go? I won't force you." Her teacher's tone was warm and encouraging.
"Of course, I want to!" Orm exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with determination. She felt a surge of enthusiasm at the thought of learning more about farming.

Meanwhile, a farm truck sped along the dusty road.
"Die, die, die," Uncle Kreng muttered under his breath, his knuckles white on the steering wheel as he closed his eyes.
"Uncle Kreng, you're so funny! We're here safely. You can open your eyes now."
"Oh right!" He opened his eyes, still trembling from the adrenaline.
"Uncle Kreng, I'm going to check out the event. You can drive back, and don't forget to take the oranges to the customers. Bye-bye!"Ling said, hopping out of the truck and dashing toward the venue, her heart racing with anticipation.
Inside, she quickly found a seat in the back, joining a group of students from various backgrounds. She listened intently as the professor outlined the fascinating processes of different types of plantations.
Ling pulled out her notebook and pen, eager to jot down notes. But before she could write a single word, a hand snatched her pen. Confused, she turned just as the professor announced,
"Here is the slide showing the process for planting wheat."
All eyes, including Ling's, were glued to the screen. For a moment, she forgot about her pen and the strange hand that had taken it.
As the presentation wrapped up, students began to filter out, but Ling hesitated. She spotted the girl who had taken her pen, who sat there with a bright, gummy smile. Ling felt an odd mix of annoyance and intrigue.
"Why is she smiling?" Ling wondered, her brow furrowed.
The girl, oblivious to Ling's irritation, simply beamed back. Ling finally mustered the courage to speak.
"Stop! Stop smiling and give me back my pen!" she blurted out, frustration bubbling over.
Orm glanced at the pen awkwardly, realizing her mistake. Ling yanked it from her grasp with a hint of force.
"I'm sorry! I thought it was my friend's," Orm replied, embarrassment creeping into her voice.
"Does my face look like your friend's?" Ling shot back, annoyed.
"I was wrong. Just... I'm sorry, okay?" Orm said, her cheeks flushing.
Ling folded her arms, glaring. "Next time, before you do something, please check thoroughly." She turned on her heel and walked away, feeling a sense of satisfaction.
As Ling left, Orm watched her go, bemused.
"It's just a pen...?" she murmured to herself, a giggle escaping her lips. All the students shuffled to the next hall, the professor began demonstrating how machines transformed various fruits into delicious jams. Orm, brimming with excitement, leaned closer to the stage, her eyes sparkling with curiosity.
"Look! The process is so interesting!" Orm exclaimed, pulling what she thought was her friend in for a tight hug, her enthusiasm radiating.
"Emm hmm!" came the unsure response.
