"She's been up there alone for too long with him, and I don't trust it," Danielle told Xavier while crossing her arms, her foot tapping impatiently.

Xavier was pacing the living room, more out of boredom than concern for Victoria's well-being. When Danielle's concern piqued his interest, he approached her from behind and wrapped his arms around her waist, nuzzling his face into her neck. "I'm sure she's okay. She said she'd scream if she needs us, right?" He gave her a featherlight kiss on the neck before continuing. "She's not screaming, is she?"

Danielle tried to act casual, but Xavier's kiss spread a tingle down her spine. He knew the right way to distract her from her worries. Still, she was supposed to be focused on Victoria, her best friend. She casually craned her neck a bit, allowing Xavier to continue, while she continued her appearance. "Did you see how big that dude was? He could crush her like a bug before she could even open her mouth."

Xavier paused his kisses, pulling his head back slightly. "Did you like how big he was?" He asked, partially joking.

Danielle, who seemed to have a little extra color to her cheeks, gave Xavier a crazy look. But before she could decline, there was a knock on the front door. They gave each other a confused look, before Xavier approached the door cautiously, peeking out the window. He pulled back with a concerned look on his face. "The, uh, FBI's at her door."

Danielle, now shivering for a different reason, cautiously approached the door. Her first concern was that Felix was an outlaw, someone who could be a criminal on the run, a suspect in a FBI case. Maybe he was a serial killer that was still at large. Danielle eagerly, but nervously, answered the door, Xavier standing behind her. "H-hello?" She said as calmly as she could.

Outside the door, a man and a woman, both wearing business attire, held up their badges. Danielle had never seen a real FBI badge, so she couldn't determine if it was fake or not, but she decided it would be best not to second guess them.

The woman began first. "Sorry to bother you, miss. We were informed that there could be a dangerous suspect nearby, and we were hoping you might be able to tell us if you've seen any suspicious activity in the area?"

Danielle's heart jumped in her chest. Was she right? Were they talking about Felix?

While she stood frozen in her thoughts, Xavier cleared his throat. "Um, do you have a photo of your, uh, suspect?" He tried to remain calm, but his biggest fears were seeming realistic; that he had been framed for some kind of illegal activity, and they'd arrest him because he was black.

The man nodded, taking over for his partner. He held up a photo, but it wasn't of Felix. Both of them sighed, though for different reasons. "Does this man look familiar?" The man asked, looking between the two.

Danielle inspected the photo, then shook her head. It was of a cute boy, like a boy band kind of cute. He couldn't have been older than a high-school student. That was their suspect? What did he do, rob a gas station?

Xavier shook his head as well. The kid was definitely not black, and it definitely was not him. However, he thought he looked vaguely familiar, but he couldn't name why or how. "No, sorry," he told the agents.

The man put the picture aside, disappointed. "Well, thank you for your time," he told them, and signaled for his partner to leave with him.

However, before she left, she held her finger up to her partner, then proceeded to point inside the house. "That's quite the mess you have there," she said, her eyes narrowing behind her sunglasses.

Danielle's eyes followed the direction of where her finger was pointed, seeing the destroyed island behind her. She quickly turned to Xavier, who gave her a small shake of the head, but she ignored it and stepped outside, cracking the door behind her in case Felix were to overhear.
