aurora was shook out of her sleep by someone she couldn't identify who it was due to the fact she hadn't opened her eyes. she had rubbed her eyes before opening them to be met with an excited blaze. she had quickly changed her attitude to match his excitement. "look rory the tooth fairy left me money and candy" he gleamed happily showing it to aurora.

the girl had smiled seeing the money and candy in his hands. aurora had left it under his pillow last night before she went to bed. "wow you got lucky. the tooth fairy only leaves the best kids out there money and candy" she told him making him laugh. she had got up from her bed and stood up on the ground. "come on let's get you ready." she said resting her hands on his shoulders as they walked to his room.

she picked him an outfit and let him change before they went to the bathroom. she helped him brush his teeth and wash his face. she decided she would show him how to do his own hair since shes gonna be gone for some time. she had grabbed her mousse, brush and water.

she had went through it step by step with him then in the end let him do it on his own. it didn't look bad for his first time doing it and aurora knew he would get the hang of it since he was very smart for his age. she had let him have the hair stuff as she had extras back at her house. "are you gonna take me to daycare today" he asked the girl.

"no, i'm leaving remember" she reminded him making the same sad look from last night reappear on his face. aurora felt horrible that she was leaving him in such a horrible home. she knew he didn't deserve that. blaze deserved a loving home where he would genuinely be appreciated. aurora didn't want to leave him it made her feel like a bad person. but she couldn't take her with him and she couldn't stay in this house without going insane. "don't be sad b. i'll make you breakfast before i go okay?" she told him making a faint smile rest on his face. he left the bathroom walking down to the kitchen.

aurora walked to her room to get ready and make sure all of her stuff was ready to go. she put on black sweat shorts and a black spider-man tee shirt. she slipped on her crocs and tossed her bag over her shoulders before walking downstairs. she sat her stuff by the door and walked into the kitchen.

she decided to make him chocolate chip pancakes since she recently found out he really likes chocolate. she made the pancakes and also made it with bacon. she placed the plate in front of him before making her own plate. as she was eating she got a text from her dad telling her he was on the way.

they both finished eating and basically on cue her dad told her that he was outside. she put the dishes away and went to tell blaze bye. she bent down to engulf the small boy in a hug. "bye b. i'll see you soon okay?" she said as she pulled away looking at him. "okay bye rory" he told her making a small smile rest on her face.

she got up and walked out the door. she walked to her dads truck and opened the passenger seat door. she placed her bag on the floor of the car before sitting down. "heys rors, how was it?" the nickname had made her tense up giving her flashbacks of the moments when her mom called her that. "um it wasn't horrible" she admitted making the man nod his head. they continued to talk the rest of the car ride until they got home.

aurora immediately went up to her room flopping down onto her bed. out of everything she missed her bed the most.

the girl was up at 6:45 in the morning and aurora was getting ready for school. her and jalil were on the phone getting ready together. mostly aurora since jalil still hadn't gotten out of bed even though aurora kept telling him to. "jalil you need to get up or your gonna have no time to get ready" she warned him making him groan. "it's literally the last week who caress" he mumbled making aurora slightly laugh.
