From afar, Darn beheld countless demons, wielding various weapons. The glimmer he had just seen emanated from the cold weapons reflecting the crimson moonlight as the demons marched.

What a massive force! I wonder how many cannon fodder are in this demon army? Well, no matter how many there are, they are merely insignificant pawns in this bloodbath!

Bloodbath, one of the most astonishing phenomena in the multiverse, where the two opposing sides-the Tanaril demons and the Bartzu devils-both belonging to the malevolent beings of the demon realm, yearned to spread death and instill fear across all worlds. Yet, these two races, which should have been 'like-minded,' engaged in an endless war at the border of the abyss, a conflict that could never be resolved.

The exact origin of this civil war in the demon realm is lost to time, but everyone agrees that it began long before the war between gods and demons. In pursuit of an unattainable victory, both the Tanaril demons and Bartzu devils exerted their utmost strength, resulting in an immeasurable flow of demon and devil blood that formed countless streams, lakes, and even oceans throughout the demon realm. Thus, this grandest war in the multiverse is referred to as the Bloodbath.

Quickly retracting his head and cautiously retreating deeper into the cave, Darn recalled the stories Master Larameni had told him about the abyss, particularly the Bloodbath, where demons and devils slaughtered each other to prove who was more wicked.

However, Darn had lost all interest in the Bloodbath that had once captivated him, for he had already witnessed a glimpse of it. Though that battle could only be considered a mere ripple in the vast ocean of bloodshed, it had nonetheless left Darn profoundly shocked by the deep-seated hatred between demons and devils, as well as the brutal and bloody nature of their conflicts.

Every time Darn recalled the recent encounter with the armies of demons and devils, followed by the relentless battle that ensued, he felt an overwhelming dread towards the war he had once been so curious about.

The rumbling sounds grew louder and more intense. Hiding deep within the cave, Darn could almost visualize the image of countless demons, each about one and a half meters tall, with grotesque and hideous faces, advancing toward the foot of the mountain. Among these unarmored demons, armed only with weapons capable of inflicting death, were a few low-ranking commanders known as Quas demons and high-ranking commanders called Flo demons.

Surely, there can't be any higher-ranking demons! I didn't see any grotesque figures just now... May the supreme deity protect us; please don't let those demons discover Jesseta and me. They should be focused on the Bloodbath, not on this cave! Hurry up! Go fight that war, the one whose beginning no one knows and seems to have no end!

As Darn imagined the demons falling one by one, blood spilling across the ground, their lives and bodies becoming new sacrifices for the Bloodbath, Jesseta remained seated, utterly still. However, she was just as aware of the situation as Darn. Although the priestess had not seen the vast army of demons outside the cave, she sensed their presence.

Should I rush out to eliminate those filthy beings? Jesseta pondered, her eyes shimmering with a mysterious light. In her gaze, Darn saw the army of demons he had just glimpsed marching onward.

The Eye of the Mind, a highly practical spell, allowed the caster to move their field of vision freely until their magical energy was depleted or the spell's eye, composed of light elements, moved beyond their mental control. Within the caster's range, as long as there were no high-tier beings, they could silently scout any information they desired and devise corresponding strategies.

Now, Jesseta was using everything she 'saw' to contemplate whether to fight or not. However, before she could decide whether to launch an attack akin to suicide, she suddenly perceived a new development through her spell.
