Both my friends Vishal and Manash said, looking at my direction, it is true that till now I have rejected thirty-seven candidates who came for the interview.
Some are girls and some are boys, their degree or experience does not matter, what matters is how they looks, how they dresses, how they walks, how they talks, all this matters a lot to me and for the company.
No matter how big or famous a company is, unless its employees and the chairman himself have the etiquette and manner of talking, everything is useless.
And I don't like rude and mannerless people in my company even if they are my own people, I can't tolerate it when people or my employee around me don't behave decently and politely.
The Candidates gave a good interview but I didn't find them right for my company so I just told them to come next time prepare well, According to me, I did not say anything wrong, I did not see in them the passion for work that a boy and a girl should have.
The zeal to achieve something, I think every young person should have this passion, if they don't do anything good in life then how will they manage their life in future. Well that's not my concern I just know they didn't give me the energy and passion that I see in their eyes so I simply said No.
And I might do that more often because I can tell what kind of a person is just by looking into their eyes, Otherwise, I have no interest in rejecting them again and again and anyway, there is no dearth of girls and boys in this world.
And my company also has sufficient number of employees who can handle the work well.
"You both are so good at exaggerating things, Go away and don't bother me, I just want to be left alone."
The Last line I says coldly looking straight into their eyes.
"And yes, if my father asked anything about the interview, then just tell him, His son is rejecting them on their faces, because the candidates are not well for the company, now go."
