Mechabot stayed in one place horrified with Aba looking at him seriously with his arms folded. It was right after Amato passed out in exhaustion in the garage.

Aba: What actually happened?

Mechabot: I-uh... Amato just had too many exams and projects this week?

Aba: And you stayed silent if he stayed awake all the night?

Mechabot was speechless. He was confused, unable to add more lies to a lie he told to Aba. Aba just sighed and looked at Amato who was unconscious on his bed with the blanket on.

Earlier, both Aba and Mechabot were worried as Aba was the one who carried him to the bedroom. It was the first time that Mechabot had seen this side of him.

Aba: Where's Boboiboy?

Mechabot: Er... He just went out to get the groceries that Umi had asked for.

Aba: Eh. Good thing he didn't let Amato to go instead...

Mechabot just frowned at what Aba just said. It was true... If Amato was let out and he passed out in middle of the way like that... It was hard to imagine.

Aba leaves the room after watching the time, he had to leave for the work. After that, Mechabot moved closer to Amato.
Again, he started remember his traumatic past... He just didn't want anything happen to his master.

Perhaps Amato was just more than a master to Mechabot. Before Mechabot knew it, a year or a two has passed with him and he was emotionally connected with Amato.

So was Amato... He might smack Mechabot at the normal and usual times but when Mechabot was in danger, Amato never stood back even if it cost his life.

Mechabot: Amato .... Hey wake up .... You are scaring me...

But he didn't. Oh yeah how could he? He just fainted .... All Mechabot was to do was to either wait for Boboiboy to come back or Amato to wake up.

He just stared at Amato sleep silently. But could slightly hear him wheezing... But there were signs of tiredness in his face... The room was silent... Until a door sound had broke the staring in silence.

It was Umi who came in. Mechabot turned to Umi as she looked at the red robot. She was worried too... And she placed a wet cloth on Amato's forehead and ruffled his hair...

Umi: Mechabot... Are you really sure that Amato was pushing himself just for his projects?

Mechabot was still silent. This kind of things never happened to Amato before... Even though Amato was seen working... It never came to this kind of situation.

The reason Mechabot was hiding the real reason that Amato over exerted himself for because his parents might be worried more about his life as a hero. Offcourse, if protecting the city was the responsibility of a hero... It was also his parents responsibility to take care and keep an eye on him...

Mechabot: Well it's my mistake for not forcing him to go to sleep... I'm really sorry...

Umi: Mechabot... It's okay and it's not your mistake if Amato overworks himself! It's common for anyone to fall sick.

Mechabot: But... This is just different... T-This... Never happened to Amato...

Mechabot was starting to cry! Umi approached him leaving Amato's hand.
