Y/n pov
I looked at the female and asked "Are you ready to head out?" She nodded and we walked out and we took the elevator down in silence. When the elevator doors open I said "Where are you currently residing at. Just lead the way and I'll follow you. She nodded and we started walking when she said "Mayberry." I was confused until she said "It's my name. What's your name?" I went to say Shadow until she said "Don't even say your name is Shadow because we both know that it isn't true...so what's your birth name?" I asked "Why does it matter Mayberry?" She replied "I just want to know your name so I can properly address you."

I sighed and pulled out a folder paper that was with me since birth and handed it to her." She opened it and said "Y/n L/n...that's a nice name." I said "I believe that is my name at the very least." she asked "What do you mean by believe that is your name?" I turned to her and said "When I was younger I got into a horrible accident that caused me complete memory loss. I was alone in some hospital when I finally regained consciousness...and this was the only thing I had on me...so I just assumed that is my name...but I'm not sure. So I just go by Shadow because I don't know if that is my name." She was quiet until she said "Oh...I didn't know you went through that. So did you teach yourself everything?"

I nodded and said "Anyways...I answered your question so let's just change the subject?" Mayberry nodded and asked "Why Shadow of all names?" I replied "It's because of my powers alone. I have shadow powers...plus it's also because of my killing methods...people gave me the name Shadow because I use my targets shadow against them."

Mayberry then asked "Do you have any Hobbies?" I nodded and said "Very few hobbies such as Cooking, singing, tinkering, and training. Not many but keeps me occupied. How about you Mayberry?" She smiled at me and said "I always loved learning and teaching children. I also enjoy singing, cooking, reading, and writing. She said "We're here. We stopped outside a house and she hugged me and said "Thanks for protecting me earlier Y/n. I would've probably been dead if it wasn't for you. Here's my phone number if you ever want to chat and such. Y/n suits a nice young man like you. Stay safe Y/n alright?" I nodded and she started walking towards her house and I turned to leave until she ran back over and kissed me on the cheek and said "Just a little thank you again." I kinda froze up unsure what to even think about her gesture." She laughed softly and ran inside. After I processed everything my face combusted into hell flames and quickly disappeared.

I looked around and I instantly recognized the neighborhood. My house was on the corner. I made my way towards my house and when I arrived I pulls out my house key and unlocked the door and entered. When I entered my living room I tossed my keys into the fishbowl with all my other duplicated keys. I walked back and locked my door and made my way to the bathroom and entered to take a shower. When I got into the bath tub I sat down and let the water fill with hot water to relax my muscles. I looked up at the ceiling and I remembered what Mayberry meant how the name Y/n L/n suited me well. I put my right ear bud in and listened to F/s as I turned off the water and decided to relax. After a few more moments I grabbed some shampoo and started lathering up my dirty hair and soon rinsed it off and started to wash my body. I held my finger up and a miniature shadow wolf started running through the fields with his pack and after a few more moments I finished my bath and got out and threw a pair of shorts on and exited my bathroom. I walked over to my kitchen and made some F/f and grab F/d and exited my kitchen and sat on my couch and ate dinner. After that I decided to call it a night and bit early so I can form a routine. When I made it into my bedroom. I shut my bedroom door and locked it. I laid on my bed and laid there for about an hour until my eyes grew heavy and drifted off into a peaceful embrace of darkness.

Timeskip to 2:49 AM

Y/n pov
I was awaken by something breathing on me and hugging me. I looked towards the breathing and was met by...that Female Hellhound. I turned into a shadow and slipped out and I looked around and seen my window open and she smelt like cheap booze. I phased through the door and made my way down stairs and I probably wouldn't be going back to sleep anytime out knowing my Co-worker snuck in, tracked me down, and decided to sleep next to me. When I made it to ground floor I walked to the kitchen and put a pot of coffee on. I decided to do a bit of cleaning while my coffee was brewing. I started with the kitchen followed by my living room and finally doing my laundry that I've been putting off for the past few weeks.
