MEMORANDUM FOR: THE RECORD
Subject: Project SUPER SOLDIER subproject 13
1. The purpose of this project is to provide information regarding the effect of hallucinogenic-intoxicating substances [L.S.D, L.A.E, MPH, MDMA, THC, CBD, [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], DMT] on developing biological life forms.
2. [REDACTED] has conducted studies that have led to the development of methods which can now be applied to large samples, thereby allowing the production of sufficient quantities of the active materials for definitive biological testing and characterization. [REDACTED] has submitted the attached proposal to carry out this work as directed by Dr. S. D. Sergeyev.
3. PROJECT SUPER SOLDIER is a classified experiment regarding how orphans aged six to eleven will react to the substances (listed above). This project will be undertaken to test the theory which proposes developing children's responses to the substances listed above will yield more successful results than the adults in discontinued subproject 12.
4. The project aims to provide insights into how the children will react to [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] injections. The specified doctor of the chamber might choose to change the dosage and amount of injections according to the tests. The desired outcome is to eliminate flight response in children, thicken the skin, and increase strength to create near invulnerable subjects.
