Did i even need to tell you guys I was going to publish this chapter on the 13th? LOL
And to my surprise you guys left EXACTLY 13 different comments for questions (not counting one big paragraphs with more than one questions) that was something i couldnt even plan even if i wanted to so that was a mindblowing group effort JBDWKDBSKDN
And also for SOME reason wattpad doesn't tag usernames that you dont follow. This app is becoming more and more stupid as the days go on i swear.
heyyooo!! what are their favorite food?
Russia's is unironically McDonald's. Since its the first food he ate outside the homemade food only policy his father put on him and his siblings it kinda became his comfort food. Also its the first food he and America ate together.
America is very picky about his foods so he doesnt really like most things and is very open about it. Hes a diva so he makes sure you know he doesnt like something. But his favourite cousine is Mediterranean. I didn't really know how to describe it here since the photos and the names dont really match sometimes but his favourite is stewed shrimp. Not in a soup way though, a little thicker with stager cheese on top.
You wont really see him eat it that much but it really has a special place in his heart.Soviet likes golubtsy, pirozhki and pelmeni. He also loves olives a lot.
Canada is more of a sweets person. If its sweet he can eat anything lmao
why is this called aftermath plans?
Good question LMAO
It actually was just a name that spawned on my head and stuck. I was writing the earlier drafts of the fic and i didnt really have a name, the name aftermath plans just spawned out of nowhere and felt so right i couldnt change it even if it started as a placeholder name. You see this trend frequently in my works, something that doesnt really make sense gets stuck in my head and eventually becomes the final name (YOU would know better than anyone OFNWLDNWLDMW)—but dont worry this one actually fits and makes sense :) the main reason is spoiler territory so i will tell the second: everyone is plotting against each other and for the future without knowing the disasters they will bring. They all underestimate the choices they are fighting for and it will bite them in the ass but they are still fighting to be good in the 'aftermath'- Soviet is giving no time to his children because he thinks 'everything will be better in the aftermath' America doesnt really put so much thought into what he does because 'whatever that happens to him will be the best for him in the aftermath anyway' and for Russia himself- he is always plotting. His plans are always concerning the future and something that happens in the aftermath. Everything he does is like a domino effect so for the big plan that has to happen in the aftermath needs to start by a small thing first, does that make sense? His plans will be like a spider-web and it already started to consume him.do they have a cafe they frequent?
For Russia its technically a no: Soviet never eats outside and from people he doesn't fully trust so the slav family nearly always eat at home. He inflicted this rule on his children too so he never lets them eat outside ever. He is a powerful and sought out man, there can be poison in the food yk.
His children dont like this rule though (duh). Thats actually a very very big reason why Russia loves something as plain as Mcdonald's. You would think with all the access to the cousines he had he wouldn't even come close to it but it has a sentimental value. It marks as the first food he ate outside of his father's influence.America doesn't really go to cafes. Although he liked french patisseries during mid 1800s and early 1900s, before he became this 'big shot' America.
Nowadays he really is about partying.
