Harry's POV

You would think that after a few months passed that Niall would be okay. Not 100% of course, but better. He'd be smiling more, more laughs. But he's a total wreck. We found jobs. Niall works at a music store, selling music and instruments and well, I'm just working at a supermarket, stoking shelves. I couldn't find anything better, so it had to do.

"Mr. Styles". I snapped my head up to see the manager glaring at me. "Get to work, you don't want to be losing your job do you?"

"No sir". I shook my head and sighed as he walked away. He's a hard ass and I hate it. If you're caught up in your thoughts for even a minute he's on your back about it. And lately, that's all I do. When I leave in the morning, Niall's sleeping. When I get home, he's cooking dinner. I try to get him to talk to me, but he is just closing himself up. Ever since the funeral he's such a mystery. There was only one day that he was smiling, but only a little bit. The smile barely reached his eyes. We fight an awful lot now. About stupid things. I really think that we're just tired. We're exhausted really.

"Excuse me?" I looked away from the shelf I was stacking shampoo on to a lady, around the age of mid thirties. I got up off my knees and stood before her, smiling politely.

"Can I help you?"

"Ah, yes..I need to find um.." I frowned at her. She looked at my eyes and a smile spread across her face.

"What is it you need to find?" Her eyes roamed my body and I sighed. This happens every day. Some lady comes up to me 'wanting something' but all they really want is me. She bit her lip, hiding her smirk.

"Are you busy tonight?"

"Yes". I went back to stacking the shelves.

"Can't you cancel?" I groaned.

"I don't think I can really cancel on a night at home with my husband". Her eyes widened and her lips parted. I smirked to myself. "You can go now". She studded away and I laughed to myself. It happens every time. I go home and tell Niall, but I never really think he's even listening. He just lets a "mhmm" come from his mouth and we sit down and eat whatever he's cooked in silence. It's really killing me.

I finished stacking the shelves and by then, my shift was over. I sighed with relief as I stepped outside of the supermarket. Even though home was not exactly the best of places right now, I just love to be indoors, next to my husband. Even though he's not the best company, his presence is enough for me. Especially our little princess. We got her about five months ago, her birthday only last week. She's three now. Every day when I'm coming home from work, excitement fills me, knowing I'll be seeing her again.

I pushed the key into the front door of our perfect flat that Bobby had gotten us. As I stepped in, I closed the door and room my coat off.

"Darcy, come back, where are you going!?" Niall shouted from the kitchen. Then I saw our little girl running towards me, arms open and a wide smile spread across her face.

"Daddy!" I picked her up and held her on my hip, giving her a small peck on her cheek.

"How's my little princess?" I asked while I looked into her ocean blue eyes. She giggled. I pushed her chocolate brown hair back from her eyes and kissed her forehead.

"I didn't hear you come in". I put Darcy down and looked up to see Niall standing in the doorway. I shrugged and walked over to him, pecking his lips. "How was work?" I frowned at him. That is the first time he's ever really asked me that. He's never been interested.

"It was okay". Niall nodded and went back over to continue cooking. "A woman hit on me again". Niall nodded but soon froze.

"What?" I frowned at him but was also surprised he had actually heard me. I was about to answer until I felt a tight grip around my leg. I looked down and smiled. I kneeled down on one knee.
