"Kolton why did you embarrass me like that ?" Nao asked as she came in behind him with security & their shopping bags.

He just ignored her making his way up the stairs. He was tired of her nagging. He felt like he gave her everything she co asoe uld imagine as a female but that still wasn't enough.

Or maybe I'm not enough. He thought to himself.

"Kolton ?" Nao said once again in the middle of the staircase . Watching him fade away.

Present situation

"KOLTON !" He heard as nao was tapping him to wake up from his nap.

For the past few days he would wait for her to get out of class so he could go to sleep as she rubbed his head. After seeing her with The unknown guy, he became so clingy. He forgot who he was for a minute.

"Wassup?" He said clearing his voice as he inhaled her perfume since he was lying on her chest.

He looked up At her with the brightest cutest brown eyes. She always wondered why he took a liking to her when the girl in her classroom was super model pretty.

"Nao never think your looks is enough in this world. You should always be a good person." She could hear her nana words in the back of her head. She always was taught that as kid and lives by that same rule til this day.

Snapping out her thoughts noticing they were still staring at each other she passed him, his phone. "Sorry but someone keeps calling you" she said sounding concern for whoever needed him at this moment.

"Answer it" he mumbled laying his left check on her stomach and tightening his grip around her waist a little more to get back comfortable as if she was his pillow.

"Hello?" Nao soft voice said as Kolton grabbed the phone to put it on speaker.

" who the fu- mane a nigga trying to sleep and you playing on my phone and shit." Kolton immediately said recognizing her voice. He was where he wanted to be and that's with Nao.

The female automatically hung up. Too shamed to put up a fight after that knowing that the female he's with right now feels better than she did at this moment.

"Kolton I'll ask again, are you a good person?" Nao found herself asking him this every day now. Something was telling her to run and not look back but besides all that his pull for her was stronger.

"I don't know. You let me know if I'm a good person okay?" He mumbled as she could hear the tiredness in his voice.

He will sleep with her all day , be gone before the sun comes up and meet her back in her room to sleep again. It was like a cycle that she wasn't trying to get use to because he never asked her to be more than friends.

"Will you be good for me?" Nao asked as she started rubbing his scalp once again.

"I'll do anything for you" he mumbled feeling himself dozed off again and he meant that.

FUTURE SITUATION

After Kolton notice Nao came looking for him for the past three hours , he started roaming for her in the house. He hated when they fought but it seems like she didn't care. Nao was good at going silence but leaving was her weakest strength.

He was all she knew even when guys tried to talk to her, he made sure he was all she knew.

"Nao ? Baby? Where you at?" He said walking around the house hearing silence. He started to panic feeling like that was her last straw until he decided to check her favorite place in their home.

The library.

Indeed she was in there sleeping with her book hanging out her hands. "My sweet girl" he mumbled kissing her on the check as he picked her up like a baby.

She instantly wrapped her arms around his neck.making him feel warm, no matter times she have done that. He always felt like she wasnt letting go or giving up when she held him tight.

"I love you." He mumbled in her ear meaning it but he never showed it.

She just wanted him to show it. She mumbled quick " mmmhmm" letting him know she heard it but honestly she was tired of hearing it.

She always think about her college days and how she was always skeptical about falling for him but he made her do it. And when she fell, she fell hard enough on him. Both are damage now.

" Kolton I just want you to be a good person." Nao said in his ear as he made his way into their bedroom.

"I'm trying to be baby. I been trying since I met you." He said in a disappointed tone. Feeling like he wasn't doing enough.

"I don't think you have. You just been trying to keep me since you met me." She whispered as she kissed his neck and climbed down out his arms walking to their bathroom.

She felt him hot on her tail making her quickly rush in and lock the door. He was like a sex addict when it came to her. He wanted it every hour , minute , second and day. He just always wanted her.

Present situation

"Mmm this soo good Kolton"Nao said as they were eating a burger from a local restaurant around the area. She haven't had one in years making her curls toes every time she took a bite.

"Shit you eating like it is." He looked over at her finding it so cute watching her dance in her seat from every bite she took making her excited.

"Come here" nao turnt her head from his words looking at him , as he reached over the console and licked the sauce that was hanging off her lips.

"Was that my first kiss?" She asked all innocent and shock.

"Hell nah. I'm make that one even better" he said with a chuckle as he sipped from his drink.

Nao never knew love was suppose to hurt. She was taught it doesn't but clearly they lied or maybe this wasn't love.
