"What! Why are you crying! Speak up!" Jaden, Nessa's boyfriend shouted while tossing the glass of whiskey on the floor.
"I'm pregnant." Nessa cried, now covering her face with her hands.

"We're not keeping it!" He pushed Nessa into the wall, the corner hitting her directly in her stomach causing pain to shoot throughout her entire body.
Days after that she began bleeding, indicating she had lost the baby.
And while Jaden was at work or out partying Nessa decided it was time.
Time to leave her old life behind and start a new one.
Janesa doesn't have family here in New Jersey so her best option was to take a train all the way to New York where she could hopefully reconnect with some distant family members.
She put her small cat in the carrier and ran out the door, taking one last look at the run down house before she started her journey walking to the train which was a 2 hour walk and a 4 hour ride.
Once Nessa had purchased her ticket she boarded the train and had fallen asleep on the way.
When she awoke she peered out the window at the beautiful city at night.
It was amazing.
Although Janesa was unfamiliar with her surroundings she stepped off of the train, following the crowd of people to a bus stop.
She checked her phone and to her surprise Jaden was blowing her up, threatening her life if she didn't return to him by morning.
