Stella POV
Few minutes after the incident with the thief I arrive at my office, my reliable PA is already in the office.
"Ajoke good morning you are looking more beautiful today what is the secret split it girl "I greet her then I looked that her blush. "oh my god it your boyfriend that make look All flush" I tease her
"Oh stop teasing me guess what I am engaged, he proposed to me on Saturday night, you remember that I told you I am going on a date well he was planning on proposed to me" Ajoke reply to my tease look so happy.
"oh my goodness, I am so happy for you I hug her you ring is so beautiful, your wedding I will plan it for you free of charge as long as my baby Nicole will be you flower girl" I really to her as I am so happy for her.
"We can celebrate later the next client who is planning a baby shower will be here in few minutes" Ajoke said to do I can get ready of today works.

Few hours later
I was the only in my office when I realized that it already evening. 'ah! it 5:30pm already, I want to pick up the kids from my sister Bimbo, let me pick up and leave now because if reach there late in evening sister Bimbo will start lecturing me and I don't want to listen to any of her lecture now ' I started packing my things before I received a call from my best friend Cynthia
Stella : "what up? miss me? "
Cynthia : "Ste...Stella ple...please... he... help me ".
Stella : "What happened?, where are you?, is you husband again?, I swear I will kill your husband if anything happen to you".
Cynthia : "A....am ahh ho.. home pl... please hurryyyy am bl .... bleeding".
Stella : "oh my god! hold on am coming".
I end the call and rush out of the office building and I ask Ajoke to take care of office . I hail a bike since bike is the fastest public transportation I could take to straight to Cynthia without any delay .
Few minutes later
I arrived at Cynthia house and meet her friend in pool of blood .
"Oh my god! where is you car Key? you need to go to hospital like right now you are bleeding seriously, you husband is an animal swear, why will he do this to you and then leave you like this" I took the key from the drawer then support her to the car and take her to the hospital.
When we arrive at the hospital, Cynthia was push to theater after I sign all the necessary documents after I called her husband David but he is not picking so I stopped calling him and sign the documents myself.
It has few hours since I sign the documents and I don't know about Cynthia condition, then I sew the doctor coming out of the theater.
"How is she?, is she okay?, what happened to her?, why is she bleeding?" I asked series of questions and look anxious
"Madam clam down she is fine now but she has a miscarriage she will have to stay in the hospital for few days since she has some complications" the doctor reply
"Miscarriage! miscarriage again , that man is an animal animal! that...that should be cage how can you beat a woman ". Then it click to me that the doctor said complications "complications? " I ask with worry expression
"Oh calm down madam , it not live threatening it just that to conceive again will be a problem am not saying she can't conceive o, but to conceive will be hard so I advise to try to conceive again because it might be difficult and dangerous, she is sleeping now so you can check on her but quite and mindful"
"Oh my goodness thank you doctor"
"You are welcome" and the doctor leaving Stella alone
'How I am going to tell her about are conditions I know how much she and that animal are trying to have a son and now he will be blaming Cynthia for not giving him a son what an animal let me try to call him again'. I tried to call Cynthia's husband David again but his not picking the call
'Bastard! after everything you have done ordinary phone call you can not pick such a coward , only Cynthia will afraid of that kind of a man , such an idiot because of his stupidity they lost three pregnancy and his even dare to complain that they don't have a male child who knows maybe he is all the pregnancy he beat out of his wife is male now to have another child is a problem, if man did half of what that bastard did to me he will already be six feet to the ground . I hope this bastard will not marry another wife because if he do swear I will kill him , let me leave this bastard of now and go and check on her'.
'Cynthia parent is not helping either since all this years that bastard has been beating her and they don't tried to help now I can't contact them maybe they are in church again , her in laws are not picking their call either , my best friend live is hard to be surrounded by people that don't care about her and appreciate her'.
I left the corridor and enter Cynthia ward with worry expression on I face.
