( Player Pov )
Looking around at all the passing characters in the guild as I waited for the elf to come back, I couldn't be more confused. None of them had any information, nothing came up when I tried to look at their character tags at all. No names no level or back information at all. Even the lowest level npc or animal had information for players to see while playing. "Huntress? The guild master will see you now, please follow me" Turning back to the elf who had all but run off when I came in, I nodded following after her wondering what her level was. She wore higher level weapons on her hip, but without a tag or information bar I couldn't confirm that. Heading up the stairs I glanced around noting how eyes kept looking back to me, always looking away as I looked back down the stairs like they thought I wouldn't see them. Moving along the hallway I couldn't help but wonder if this guild had a glitch in it.
I'd mention it to my parents later so they could look into it, maybe it was something simple they could fix. After all they said no one was having issues so far the last time they sat me down to give a game report, and until now neither had I. Coming to a large set of ornate doors a lot like others I had seen the elf bowed at me before leaving, the action was a little odd but I shrugged it off. Elves came in many varieties, so maybe this one was from a group I hadn't met before. Knocking on the door it only took a second for a response, pushing the doors they opened wide as I expected them to. Stepping inside I saw no information come up, and the man at the desk just like all the other characters had no information that should be visible on first meetings. When I stopped in front of the desk I waited for the introduction clip to play, all guild leaders and high level characters should have one. I couldn't help the confused frown when nothing happened... just what was going on in this guild?
( King Slime POV )
She was just as beautiful as I remembered her. My huntress came into the room with head held high, walking to stand in front of the desk as if waiting for something. I couldn't help but wonder if I did something to give away my identity when she seemed confused. I planned to reveal myself of course, but I wanted to tell her who I was not be discovered like this. Sitting up taller I smiled, letting my genuine pleasure at having my huntress returned to me show. "Welcome Huntress to my humble guild, I trust my ch-members have treated you well?"
Slowly she nodded her head and I smiled, I knew my children would treat her like the queen they knew she was. Of course I had watched through their eyes as she came to me, watching to make sure they behaved. Which they did other than watching her more than they should have, but I could not begrudge them their curiosity after all. If I was their father she was to be their mother, it was only natural for children to want to be near their mother. "Yes they have, you have an impressive guild. I can't say I have seen so many strong members in a guild before..." For a moment I wondered why she cut off, maybe she suspected something? Then I realised my mistake, I had not introduced myself like a guild master would have. Having her here at last had made me forget how I was suppose to behave.
"Ah, my apologies I have yet to introduce myself. I am Si King Guild Master of this humble guild" She seemed to take the name well, nodding her head and offering a small smile. It wasn't like the smile I remembered, the warm one she had given me when she found me in that prison which had once been my home. I wanted to see that smile again. I had made my name as a small clue to who I was, taking letters out leaving add but passable name with my status as my second. "We welcome any and all to join our guild, although I prefer to think of them as family. My children if you will" I watched her head tilt, a little more of that warmth in her smile I wanted to see. "I haven't heard that before, its nice. So if I join your guild I would be your daughter too right?"
