Description:
This takes place after the events of episode 4. Uzi is practically done with her entire existence but thankfully she has a golden retriever, murder robot to make her world a bit brighter.

Uzi was walking down the hallway of her school. Her backpack heavily slinked over her shoulder full of homework she was dreading to get to. She just wanted to flop onto her bed and watch anime for the rest if the evening.

The purple drone was coming up to two students hanging around their lockers. Uzi assumed they were having a full conversation before, but stoped when they saw her approaching. Uzi kept on her determined mask as she walked past, their stairs piercing into her as she did.

They began to mutter when they thought she was out of earshot, but she was able to catch the male one say: "I wonder if she's going to snap and kill everyone here like I heard she did at camp."

The female one scoffed. "I wouldn't be surprised. She's always been an outsider and barely liked any of us. That's her fault for being so weird."

Normally, Uzi would wip around and snap at them with a nasty remark and end it with her catchphrase: "Bite me!"

But right now, she decided to act like she didn't hear them. In fact, their comments stung a little, and that surprised her. Since she was casted out by almost everyone ever since she was little, she trained herself to not care what others thought about her. She just wanted to be herself, and if they didn't like that, well then they can bite her!

Though, since they were talking about the "incident at camp" it definitely struck a nerve. Because, well...she still felt extremely guilty about it. She still vividly remember the sudden, extreme hunger when she overheated from stress and fear, and the taste of the warm, sweet oil of her classmates as she hunted and killed them one by one.

She tried to block out the horrible memories, but they were just to recent.

The purple drone heard footsteps approaching from behind and she turned around to see Thad, "Hey, Uzi!" He greeted her with a friendly smile that quickly turned into concern, "Are you ok? I heard what those other drones were saying about you."

Uzi tried to keep herself from wincing and met his gaze determinedly. "Don't worry, Thad, I'm fine! I'm used to people talking about me like that."

The green-eyed drone frowned, "I wish you weren't, no one should be treated like that."

Why don't you tell them that yourself. They would probably, actually listen to you. But she kept that to herself. Not wanting to sound ungrateful to the only worker drone who has been nice to her. Which is why she had to admit that she had a bit of a crush on him when they first interacted. It was clear he didn't feel the same way, though. Just seeing her as a friend. That didn't really bother her anymore, because it was clear that her heart had settled onto some other drone...

"It's fine, Thad, really! I should be going now."

"Alright, but if you need someone to talk to, I'm always free." He informed her.

Uzi gave him a grateful smile. "Thanks, see you later." She then headed out the doors of the hellhole she called school.

She came up to her dorm and let out a sigh of relief knowing she was home. The door slid closed behind her as she entered in and that's when she noticed her dad wasn't home. Which she was a bit relieved by.

Uzi was on slightly better terms with her father recently. She just didn't think she could handle his obsessive need to hang around his daughter, trying to prove he's a better dad now. She appreciated his efforts, but she was still upset how he literally left her for dead! It's going to take a while to mend their relationship after that.
