ASAEL AMADORI SAT leaned back in his seat in the classroom, his posture relaxed and nonchalant. His hands were casually folded behind his head, and his eyes were fluttered shut behind his sunglasses, which were precariously perched on the edge of his nose. The sunglasses, with their dark lenses, added an air of mystery to his already enigmatic presence. He appeared to be in a state of serene repose, seemingly oblivious to the world around him. But anyone who knew him, which wasn't anyone in this class, nor anyone in general, knew that he was entirely aware of the world around him, far too aware.
On either side of Asael sat his classmates, Ino Yamanaka and Shikamaru Nara. Ino, with her slight (maybe a bit more than slight) obsession with Asael made it her mission to soak in the sight of Asael's resting form as much as she could in that moment. She found his relaxed demeanor attractive paired with the way his messy white hair was rested so nicely on his head, she doesn't think anyone but Sasuke could pull off bed head as good as Asael does.
Shikamaru Nara, on the other hand, was completely passed out, his head resting on his desk. Shikamaru's disinterest in the class was evident, and he had succumbed to the allure of sleep without a second thought. His breathing was slow and steady, a testament to his deep slumber. The three of them were seated near the back of the class, only one row from the actual back.
