*Whisper in the school corridor*

. "He looks beautiful today too!"

. "He looks so stylish with that cool face!"

. "How come he always sparklers?!"

This is how others react to me. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!

With a beautiful handsome face, wisdom of mind, high talent (though physically weak), and the best charm of a school flower (I'm a man though), I, Akutagawa Ryūnosuke, 18 years old; certainly deserve the praise of others. It is indeed essential for other students to appreciate my beauties along with my other talent!

"G-good morning, Akutagawa-senpai!" Higuchi greeted, a bit stammering.

"Good morning, Higuchi." A typical response from him to the blonde girl.

"And, Gin?" asks Higuchi when she did not see her girlfriend present to school with her future brother-in-law this morning.

"Gin is not present today. She has a slight fever this morning," Akutagawa explained.

"I will visit her after school," Higuchi said, more to herself.

"And who gave you the right to come to our house?" Akutagawa asked with his stoic face.

"Se-Senpai! May I?" Ask Higuchi once again, a bit stammering with a pleading face. Indeed, Akutagawa is as beautiful as her dearest lover, Gin. Moreover, Akutagawa will be her brother-in-law; at least that's what she wants to truly believe. That's also the reason why she always nervous when talking to Akutagawa.

"I'm just joking, Higuchi. Yes, you can. I'll go to my class first. You should go too," Akutagawa replied and left Higuchi to headed to his class.

Where did I stop earlier? Oh, yeah! Other students often praise my beautiful and cool facial expressions. But they don't know...

Actually, this isn't my cool face! My face is indeed gloomy, sour, and sulky! Stoic like a brick!!! Even a brick is softer than my face!

My face has always been like this. But I wasn't born with a brick-face blessing. It's all someone's fault...

In the past, I was happy-go-lucky. I always play with Gin without caring for the world around us. We have a close friend who always plays with us too, our neighbor's child. Everything is fine. As a child, playing with full joy is normal.

But suddenly one day...

..."How ugly your smile is! Stop showing it to anyone!"...

..."Not only is your smile ugly, but your demeanor is like a rabid dog. That goes with your weird dog ear haircut! It makes you look exactly like a dog!"...

*MEGA. TRAUMA. AND. ULTIMATE OFFENDED. UNLOCKED!🔓

After that incident, I directly went home and cried a lot. I tried to do something silly and cut my hair. It has turned even uglier, and I cry out even louder because my hair looks like a cracked bowl (but the one who said I was ugly; his hair is even worse; it really looks just like that chipped bowl!). Considering that I was still a kid, I just cried my heart out. Sad to be ugly. Gin tried to persuade me, but she end up cried along.

Finally, my dad helped me cut and tidy up my hair again. He trimmed my hair with his scalpel. Not bad. But as I grow up, My hair has become all messy. It takes time to return to its usual style. My dad is angry because I often messed with my hair. I just want to change my hairstyle. But, no matter how many times I do it and how style I cut it, it will still grow like this.

At last, my dad stroke my hair, suggested that, "Changing one's facial expression can also serve as a shield for oneself"...

And finally, that's the beginning of history for my stoic + gloomy + brick-face blessing + and my nature of not wanting to be approached by others.

*Deeply sigh*

At least that foolish, stupid, moron, and the most IDIOTIC CRAZY CHAOS SUBURBAN MANGY CAT has been out of my life since that incident. I hope he also disappears from this world for the sake of humanity.

At least that's what Akutagawa hopes for. Too bad. The author does not side with Akutagawa's fate. Because Miraie has Izaya to make their character life more miserable!
