𝙷𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚜𝚏𝚒𝚎𝚕𝚍 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚑 (𝚜𝚎𝚊𝚜𝚘𝚗 𝚘𝚗𝚎)

(Courtney's POV)

I get a call saying that Duncan is in a hospital, after a horrible car crash.

I quickly ran off to the hospital, trying to find Duncan's room.

After the receptionist told me where he was, I ran off like a storm of cows.

When I found his exact room, I ran in like a hurricane.

Courtney: "DUNCAN!" I yelled crying at the bed right in front of me.

Doctor:"I'm so sorry but who are you."

I got up off the floor quickly wiping away my tears.

Courtney: "I'm Courtney, Duncan's girlfriend. Nice to meet you." I said, handing out my hand.

Doctor:"Nice to meet you too." He said shaking my hand.

The doctor took a deep breathe in.

Doctor:"Just so you know, Duncan doesn't have much time to live."

My eyes started to swell.

Doctor:"Considering that he is 95 years old-"

Courtney:"Wait what?" I said as I tilted my head to the side, confused.

Now unless Duncan like really went in to disguised like that movie "White Chicks" then I'm  not really buying this.

Doctor:"Yes, considering."

Courtney:"Umm Duncan's last name is Tarun."

The doctor hits his head as he realized what he has done wrong.

Doctor:"My apologies, here he is." As the doctor finished his sentence, he open the curtain and shows me my Duncan.

Dang I feel so embarrassed. I just cried about Duncan but in front  of the wrong one.

I run to Duncan's bed and kiss him.

Duncan:"Hey sweetheart didn't expect to see you."

I dropped my jaw, with my heart broken.

Courtney:"If I didn't come to see my boyfriend in the hospital, then what kind of girlfriend would I even be?"

Duncan laughed.

Duncan:"A pretty messed up hot headed girl friend."

I nodded in agreement to his words

Doctor:"Well this Duncan will be released in the next hour. Would you like to wait till he is discharged from here?"

I nodded in agreement and the doctor left us alone.

Courtney:"I missed you."

Duncan:"I missed you too."

We started kissing for a while.

(Duncan's POV)

After I was released, me and court came home to a welcome back Duncan party.

Heather:"Yay! Baddie is back."

I grumbled to that response.

Duncan:"Yay! Royal pain in my butt queen is back."

She scowled to that response and walked away.

Courtney walks up to me.

Courtney:"I really missed you."

Duncan:"Being alone in that bed hurt."

Courtney:"Don't worry, you won't be lonely tonight."

And we walked off to keep ourselves alive.

Updates: So So sorry for not posting in a while!! This was the last chapter of: Heartsfield High (season one) ever!! (Can't wait to show you guys the next read!) I've appreciated all the support I've gained!! I love you all and remember to stay awesome!!
