The two boys set Wendy down about 7 feet away from the well.  As they approached the well, they started to talk.

"You never cease to amaze me, Peter.  Outwitting the Evil Queen in less than a day? It's impressive." Felix told Peter

"She loves the boy.  That makes her weak." Peter told Felix with pride.

Referring to the well, Peter told Felix, "This is is.  This is where we'll cast it.  The ingredients?"

Felix handed Peter a small burlap sack of bottles.  "When it's done, will they all be dead?"

"Worse." Peter replied, "They'll be slaves to this new land we are making.  With no idea of who they once were."

As he took the bottles out of  the sack, Peter said matter-of-factly, "Death is final, Felix. Their suffering...will be eternal."

And with this statement, Peter began to drop the bottles into the well, one by one.

"What she did is child's play compared to what I have in mind." Peter told Felix as he dropped a bottle into the well.

"I knew you'd win." Felix said with pride. "Peter Pan never fails."

Peter dropped the last bottle into the well and nothing happened.  Felix looked down into the well, skeptically.

"Are we missing something?" he asked, confused.

"Yes." Peter said with a smirk slowly forming on his face.

"What is it?" Felix was starting to look afraid now.

"The heart of the thing I love most."

"You mean your son's heart? Rumplestiltskin?"

"No, no.  I-I never loved Rumple."

"It must be Wendy then! Is that why you have kept her from leaving?"

"No, Felix.  I love Wendy, but for this to work, the thing must love me back.  And you know her love was artificial."

"Well, then who's heart do we need? Who do you love?"

"Love can mean many things, Felix.  It doesn't just come from romance or family."

Felix was confused.

"It can also come from loyalty.  Friendship.  Only one person has always believed in Pan."

Felix was scared now.  Very scared.  He started to inch away.

"That's me." he said, gulping.

"Don't be afraid, be flattered."

Felix looked at the still unconscious Wendy, then yelled, "No, no, no, no, no!"

Henry's hand, being controlled by Peter Pan, shoved inside Felix's chest, grabbing his heart.  Peter took out the heart, crushed it apathetically, and poured the remains into the well.

The curse had been cast.
