** the hostess had now brought everyone their pancakes for breakfast... Carina unexpectedly slept well.. everyone did. Carina was holding her little bambino and he was getting cranky so she started breastfeeding him and he immediately calmed down. The kids were behaving really well... which shocked Carina and Maya .. they didn't think they would be getting along during the whole sixteen hours flight ..

Thirteen hours into the flight ... The pilot has been informed that they needed a doctor's help immediately in the first row of the economic class, more specifically a obgyn doctor, and without any hesitation Carina unbuckled her airplane buckle and ran out of the business class area and went to assist the pregnant woman who was now clearly in active labour and couldn't believe that she was about to have her babies on the plane heading home to Italy from a vacation in the United States.. she was visibly in so much pain and discomfort that she didn't even know what to do ! Skylar noticed that her momma had gone over to help the woman out so she went to sit with a very sleeping Londyn and Niccolas was sleeping next to her in the huge business class seats ! **

Hostess : hi , so sorry to bother you all but we would need a doctor to come to the first row of the economy seats and be of excellent help please! If there's any doctor on board more specifically a obgyn please come to the front row of the economic class please.. thank you...

Carina: hi , I'm here,  how can I help!
Women in labour: I knew it was too risky for me to come on a sixteen hour flight back home to Italy and I thought I would be able to make it through this flight but my babies have had enough so ahhhhhhh !

Husband: yea , we're supposed to meet our family doctor at the airport but ummm our babies have other plans!
Carina: okay , it's going to be okay
Hostess: are you a doctor?
Carina: yes I'm an obgyn doctor... please step back so I can have room for her to be able to...
How far apart are your contractions?

Women : too close to each other ahhhhh ! Fuck ! When we got on the plane in Seattle I had a doctors appointment with a doctor here and I got checked out and I was one centimetre dilated.. and got the "Clear" to go on the plane... and now I'm being more vocal now and I can't control myself anymore....

I'm so sorry....

Carina: it's okay, I'm Carina and I will help you out, what are your names ?
Women : I'm Melody and this is my wonderful husband Ricardo ... owwwwwwwwww.

Carina: it's nice to meet you, okay if you want to we can possibly move you somewhere else like more private then in the middle of the first...

Melody : I would love that but I'm having the uncontrollable urge to push...

Hostess : let's get her on the floor of the plane at least, and I can close the drape to give you a more sense of privacy..

** Melody nodded and everyone that could help , did , they found lots of pillows from the staff's little cabins and they were giving Melody support.. they could.. still giving Melody and her husband Ricardo enough space to successfully deliver her babies.. **

Carina: okay , yea , I can see the head !
You said babies... how many babies are you expecting Melody ? We need to know these things and how far along are you?
Melody : I'm forty weeks pregnant and I know I shouldn't have flown here but it was faster than driving to the nearest place before the Mediterranean Sea... owwww ! And  I'm.. we're expecting twins.... I'm scared Dr...
Carina: oh it's going to be alright, and I'm doctor Carina Deluca-Bishop !
Melody : okay ,, so what do I do now, doctor Deluca -Bishop ?

Carina: you just keep doing what you are doing now and you'll be fine! Are both of your twins head down?
Melody : yes , luckily! For now anyway!
Owwwww ! Hrmm ! Do I push ? Because I really can't stop the urge to do so....
