After eating ice cream we came to our house.

Abbu went to his room coz he was stressed and wanted to rest.

I went inside the kitchen and offered ammi ice cream saying abbu bought for her.

She took the ice cream and we both started eating.

After eating ammi asked mei to help her so i washed leftover bowls and asked ammi if any other work is to be done.

No you go and rest she said.

Ammi ap bhi jayein rest kar ke ayein i said and left for my room.

After sometime I came downstairs and saw ammi in the kitchen.

Ammi aap rest karne nahi gayi...

Gayi thi beta abhi aayi hu she said,Accha batao Aaj dinner mei kya banaya jaye..

Ammi aaj abbu aye hai na toh aap biryani banaye na sabko pasand bhi hai...i said.

Ye kaho na apko khani hai isliye banwa rahi ho abbu ka naam le kar..

Nahi toh ammi ,i replied innocently.

Ammi hu apki itna toh janti hu apko..ammi said.

Ji aisa hai kuch samajh lijiye aur vaise bhi ammi bht din hgye aapne biryani nahi banayi..

Accha thik hai banati hu...

Agr apko kch help chahiye toh mujhe keh dein mai help kar dungi..

Nahi mai sab kar lungi aap Jaa kar abbu ko uthayein, ammi said.

Theek hai I said and left, I was going to abbu's room I saw him coming from the room and he sat on the couch in the hall.

Zaina... Abbu called me while I was going towards him..

Jii abbu i replied.

Ek glass paani laana abbu said

I bought a glass of water and offered abbu....he took a glass in his hand and drank the water and returned it.

I took the glass and went to the dining area to place the glass on the table and returned to the hall.

Abbu switched on the t.v and started watching the news.

I came and sat beside him.

Abbu.... I called him after sometime.

Haan.. abbu replied his gaze was still on t.v.

Abbu you didn't buy anything for me i asked

No... Maine apki ammi se kaha tha call karne ko agar apko kch chahiye toh but you didn't call i thought you don't want anything so i didn't buy it.

Hmmm... I replied sadly.

After sometime abbu went to his room and came in a little while holding a small bag in his hand.

Mai apni beti ke liye kuch na laon aisa ho sakta hai kya...he said and opened the bag and placed everything on the table.

I excitedly went to abbu...

He bought 3 scarves, a bottle of perfume and two jewellery boxes where one is small and another is big and so many chocolates.

Abbu handed me 2 scarves, perfume,small box and chocolates.

I opened the box and it was a diamond bracelet it was looking elegant....

Abbu Maan na padega apki choice ko i said.

Haan toh mujhe hi dekhlo ammi replied coming from the kitchen.

While hearing her voice abbu took a jewellery box and a scarf and handed it to ammi saying this is for you begum.
