The next day it was the same, I arrived in the classroom. Mary greeted me and Julia stood by her friends conversing, she looked at me when I entered and we made eye contact. So far, Mary is my friend with whom I can converse.

I was sitting there listening to Mary as she talked about how she was so obsessed with a fictional man from a manga. I couldn't care less, we can relate to that. But as I listened and replied to Mary, my eyes kept wandering to Julia's figure just by the other side of the room.

She was effortlessly pretty, especially her smile. I don't know how many times I talked about her smile but that was another thing I liked about her, so far.

The day continued by introducing our subjects and soon-to-be topics, quite alright. But one thing I know, I was making a reputation, they knew where I came from. From a prestigious school, they all thought I was smart just because I came from a school filled with scholars. But for me, I am not.

But who cares about that part? Let's continue on the main story.

Throughout the day, we played games but I never did play. I don't know why, I was just timid. But from what I know, she had fun. Running around and laughing with everyone.

I sat there and watched, I was having fun watching her or watching everyone I mean.

Lunch break came in, and Julia and her friends walked out of the classroom to eat lunch somewhere else. I sat there eating mine while reading a book that I had been reading to pass the time. But the only thing I could think of was her and her smile.

I finished my lunch moments later and decided to explore the classroom, it wasn't that big and it wasn't that small, but what made it better was that it was airconditioned. I walked over to the large window showing a large tree, with a bird hopping branch by branch.

It was nothing really, but it had me entertained for a couple of minutes before the bird flew away out of my sight. I walked back to my desk and sat down.

Later on, they came back. and sat on a corner by the airconditioner and conversed or gossiped. I sat there reading, I had nothing much to do, and I'd rather sit here than try to make a conversation and socialize.

Honestly, whenever I glanced at the girls, I remembered my friend group. I miss my friends. And the girls remind me of them when we once were just elementary students. They say that high school was more fun than elem or college. And so I looked up to it.

The day continues by playing more games and meeting our subject teachers. It was fun, well, it was fun to watch them play. Especially her.
