"Tee, sit." Tee was greeted by his father's stoic face the moment he came down the stairs.

"Yes, Khun Por." Tee obediently took a seat.

"How is it going?" Khun Somchai, Tee's father and Chairman of KS Group, went straight to the point.

"Our collaboration with JT Development is going well..." Tee avoided his father's eyes.

"That's not what I was talking about. Have you got the girl?" Khun Somchai knew Tee was avoiding the topic.

"I've only known Khun Nicha for 3 months..." Tee anxiously defended.

"Don't waste time, Tee. Make her fall for you, as hard as she can." Khun Somchai ordered.

"But..." Tee sighed.

"Are you wavering?" Khun Somchai noticed his son's hesitation.

"Did you not remember how your great great-grandpa passed away? It was all because of the Juthatheps." Khun Somchai reminded his son.

"That was all in the past, Khun Por. More than a century has passed since then..." Tee tried to reason.

"It's also been more than a century since he wanted us to take revenge. It's in your hands now, Tee. You have to end it." Khun Somchai rebutted.

"It has nothing to do with Khun Nicha..." Tee could feel an impending headache.

"It has everything to do with her. She's the next heir to the Juthathep lineage. If not her, then who?" Khun Somchai wasn't taking any of Tee's excuses.

"Excuse me, Khun Somchai, but Khun Tee has a meeting soon." Thong interrupted the confrontation to save his boss.

"I'll take my leave now." Tee bowed to his father before leaving, repressing his emotions.

"Don't need to thank me for saving you." Thong turned to his boss as they drove out of the Kongsawat house.

"So what meeting is next?" Tee massaged his temples.

"I can't believe you forgot?" Thong yelled as he stopped the car abruptly.

"Oi Thong, can you not break like this?" Tee chided his secretary.

"Sorry but I'm just surprised you would forget your meeting with Khun Nicha?" Thong explained his shock.

"Ah right, I was supposed to meet Khun Nicha at the department store." Tee realised the reason behind Thong's over-reaction.

"Exactly." Thong nodded as he turned into the carpark of the mall.

"Hello Khun Tee and Khun Thong, Khun Nicha is upstairs waiting for you." Malee was already waiting at the carpark.

"Hello Khun Malee, sorry for being late." Tee looked at his watch and was horrified to find that he was 15 minutes late.

"Hey! Watch where you're going!" Nicha was walking along the floors of the mall when she heard someone yell in English. Following the shout, Nicha spotted a young man screaming at a cleaning lady.

"Hi Sir, may I help you?" Nicha spoke to the man in her polished American English.

"This dumb old lady spilled dirty water on my shoes! Do you know how much this costs?" The bratty man pointed at his slightly stained shoes.

"Khun Bpa, are you okay?" Nicha turned to the cleaning lady and whispered in Thai.

"He was the one who kicked my bucket out of anger, I didn't do anything..." The cleaning lady explained.

"Excuse me? Why are you speaking to her instead of me?" The man demanded, feeling left out over his inability to understand Thai.

"Sir, how about this? I'll pay for your dry cleaning and of course, we'll give you gift certificates to our mall." Nicha tried to alleviate the man's anger.
