Chapitre 9: **Found Julia**

Asher and Athena sat in the cozy café, enjoying a well-deserved break after a long day of taking photos at the yellow place. They were just tucking into some sandwiches and juice when suddenly the door burst open and Xavier rushed in. He was out of breath and looked panicked.
"Guys, we've found Julia!"
Asher and Athena froze, their faces both stunned. The news was so unexpected that for a beat neither could speak.

Xavier's breath was coming in gasps as he leaned against a nearby table, trying to catch his breath. His eyes were wide and wild, and his heart was racing from the news he had just received.
"Guys, I... I have to tell you something. It's... it's bad. Very bad."
Asher and Athena looked at each other, their expressions anxious. They had a feeling they knew what Xavier was going to say, but they still hoped they were wrong.
"Spit it out, Xav," Asher said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Xavier took a deep breath, steeling himself to deliver the news.
"We found Julia," he said, his voice strangled with emotion. "But it's not good. It's not good at all."
Asher and Athena looked at each other again, their worst fears confirmed. Their hearts felt like they had dropped into their stomachs.
"What... what do you mean?" Athena asked, her voice trembling.

Xavier closed his eyes for a moment, as if trying to block out the memory of what he had seen.
"We found her body," he said, his voice quiet. "She's... she's dead."

The words hung in the air like a heavy fog, stifling the breath in Asher and Athena's lungs. They couldn't believe what they were hearing. Julia was gone.

Asher stood, his hands clenching into fists. "Where did you find her?" he demanded, his voice thick with emotion.

Xavier looked at them solemnly.
"They found her behind the yellow lighthouse," he repeated.

As Athena heard the words, her mind instantly went to the scene that they had just left. They had been taking pictures there for hours, completely oblivious to the fact that Julia's body had been just a short distance away.
"But... we were just there for hours!" she exclaimed, her voice tinged with fear and confusion. "How did we not see or hear anything?"

Asher echoed her sentiment, his voice filled with disbelief and shock.
"We were right there," he said, his eyes wide. "We were just shooting pictures and having a good time while she was... was lying there the whole time."

Xavier nodded in agreement.
"She was found behind the yellow lighthouse, and it looks like she was close to the water," he said. "Maybe that's why we didn't see anything. The sound and sight of the sea might have muffled any noise or vision that would have alerted us."

Asher's mind was reeling. They had been so close to Julia, both physically and emotionally, yet they had not been able to save her. He felt a deep sense of guilt and despair wash over him.
As for Athena, she couldn't shake the feeling that they should have known. They had been right there, just a short distance away. It was impossible that they could have been so blind to her presence.

Xavier bit his lip, his expression one of grim resignation.
"And it looks like she must have been dead while you were there "

The weight of this realization hit them like a ton of bricks. They had been mere metres away from Julia's body, completely oblivious to her fate.
Asher and Athena stood in silence for a moment, their minds and hearts swirling with shock, grief, and disbelief. It was a moment of profound loss and sorrow.

Asher and Athena stood in the café, stunned and emotionally drained. Their good mood from earlier had vanished, replaced by a deep sense of sadness and shock.
They had come to the yellow place to take beautiful pictures and enjoy themselves, but they had left with a piece of themselves missing. The sudden and unexpected news of Julia's death had completely altered the course of their day.
As they stood there, neither knew what to say, or what to do next.
