Chapter 3

"Yahh really who are you I am not able to remember correctly and why are you calling me wifey" y/n asks jungkook

(He stopped walking and looked at her as he saw her being confused again. He sighed and placed her luggage down before grabbing both her hands in his)

"Before I answer your questions, is it true that you don't remember me well?"

"Vividly" y/n says

(He studied her closely to see if she was bluffing and saw that she was saying truth)

"Are you absolutely sure? You don't remember anything about me?" He questioned her again

(Y/n shakes her head)

(He closed his eyes upon hearing her words. He took a deep breath before opening them again and looked straight into her eyes)

"Then I have to ask you again" he paused, trying to control and keep his voice steady "How old do you think you are right now?"

"Huh" y/n says in confusion

(He waited for her to answer but sighed as he realized she was too confused to answer)

"Just answer me" he said again, his voice slightly growing impatient

"22yrs "

(He nodded upon hearing her answer. He was trying his best to keep his composure as he knew she didn't know much)

"Okay, and what is the date today?"

"September 7th"

(He clenched his jaw upon hearing her answering correctly. He was both relieved and annoyed)

"And do you remember the year?"

"2024"

(He took a deep breath as he finally asked the question he had been dreading)

"And do you remember me?"

"I told na I remember your name vividly " y/n says to jungkook

(He clenched his jaw as if irritated with her answer. He really wanted her to remember him)

"I know you remember my name but that's not what I'm asking" he said as he took a step forward, closing the distance between them

(He suddenly pulled her close to him and placed his hands on the sides of her face)

" I'm asking again" he said firmly, slightly gripping her face, "do you remember me?"

"No" y/n says

(He closed his eyes when she admitted that she didn't remember him. He tried to calm his heart as he felt his heart clenching in pain)

"You really don't remember me?" he said in a soft whisper as he stared into her eyes.

(Y/n shakes her head)

(As soon she shakes her head, he suddenly pulls her tightly against chest. He buries his face into the crook of her neck and let's out a shaky breath)

"Yah let go of me we are in parking lot tsk" y/n whispers to jungkook

(He tightened his arms around her as she tried to pull away from him. He let out a shaky breath against her neck as he kept his face buried in her)

"No, I'm not letting go" he murmured against her skin

(He pulled her closer, their bodies pressed up tightly against each other. He was holding onto her as if his life depended on her)

"You're mine. You've always been mine. And I'm not letting you go, wifey" he whispered in her ear

(He nuzzled his head against her neck and inhaled her fragrance. His arms were wrapped around her waist, holding her in place)

"You don't remember me, but I remember everything about you" he said as he placed a kiss on her ear

"Wh-- what" y/n says in shock

(He suddenly pulled away just enough to look into her eyes again. He caressed her face as his gaze roved over her, taking in every inch of her)

"I remember every single detail about you. I still remember your first birthday, your first words, your first teeth, your first steps" he said as his eyes filled with unshed tears, "I remember it all, wifey"

Sss aaa now i remember who you are (y/n says )

(He was surprised with her admission and pulled back to look at her face. He tried to hide his excitement that she was remembering things)

"You do?" he said, not wanting to sound too excited

You are from "THE JEONS" our parents are best friends

(He couldn't help but smile at her words. She indeed remembered something)

"That's right, wifey" he said as he tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, "Our families were and still are best friends"

"Yes you are right" y/n says

(He smiled as he heard the confirmation again. He suddenly pulled her closer until their bodies were touching again. He wrapped his arms around her back, pulling her closer. He had a tight grip on her as if he was worried she would disappear if he loosened his hold on her)
