After dropping Gyuvin off at his house, Taerae headed straight home. The day had been long, and he was ready for some well-deserved rest. As he entered his house, he noticed it was empty. His mother was out running errands, which meant he had the place to himself. Without wasting any time, Taerae freshened up, changed into something more comfortable, and collapsed onto his bed.

He lay there for a while, scrolling through his phone, letting the quietness of the house surround him. An hour passed before he heard the familiar sound of the door opening. He didn't even have to look... he knew who it was.

"Hyung," Gyuvin called out as he stepped into Taerae's room, casually letting himself in. Gyuvin had known Taerae's house password for years now. They were close enough that it had become a regular thing for him to visit whenever he wanted. Taerae wasn't surprised in the slightest.

Gyuvin wasted no time, plopping down onto the bed beside Taerae like it was his own. "Hyung, there's a new movie out. Let's watch it together," he said, his voice filled with excitement.

Taerae nodded with a soft smile. "Sure, why not?" he replied, reaching for the remote and pulling up the movie.

As the movie began, the atmosphere in the room was peaceful. Taerae leaned back against the headboard while Gyuvin sprawled out beside him, eyes glued to the screen. The movie was lighthearted... a funny and romantic one that had Gyuvin giggling every few minutes. Taerae found himself smiling along, not just at the movie but at the sight of Gyuvin enjoying himself.

They sat in comfortable silence, save for the occasional laugh from Gyuvin. Taerae, though trying to focus on the film, couldn't help but glance at his friend now and then. Gyuvin's laughter was infectious, and it made Taerae's heart swell with an unspoken fondness. He had always enjoyed moments like these... simple, quiet, and filled with the kind of ease that only years of friendship could bring.

But as the movie drew closer to its end, Taerae noticed Gyuvin had gone silent. He looked over and saw Gyuvin had fallen asleep, his chest rising and falling slowly as he lay curled up on the bed. Taerae chuckled softly to himself, amused by how quickly Gyuvin could drift off like this.

Taerae reached over and gently ran his fingers through Gyuvin's hair, the gesture instinctive and full of affection. "You never change, do you?" he whispered softly, smiling at the sight of his dongsaeng so peacefully asleep beside him.

It wasn't the first time Gyuvin had slept over at his house, and it likely wouldn't be the last. Taerae didn't even think about waking him up. Instead, he carefully adjusted the blanket to cover Gyuvin and leaned back, letting the movie continue to play in the background as he watched over his friend.

As the credits rolled, Taerae found himself still smiling, his gaze lingering on Gyuvin's relaxed face. Moments like this reminded him of just how much he cared for his dongsaeng. Even with his hidden feelings, Taerae knew that, for now, he was content to let things stay as they were... sharing quiet, intimate moments with Gyuvin, even if they weren't fully aware of the depth of his affection.

With a soft sigh, Taerae closed his eyes, feeling at peace, letting the warmth of Gyuvin's presence fill the room.

The soft sunlight filtered through the curtains, spilling into the room and gently landing on Gyuvin's face. The warm rays stirred him from his sleep, and with a groggy blink, he slowly opened his eyes, momentarily disoriented. He scanned the room, realizing he had fallen asleep while watching the movie with Taerae the previous night. A small, sheepish smile crept onto his face as he recalled how comfortable he had felt, dozing off beside his hyung.

Gyuvin stretched lazily before getting up and making his way downstairs. As he reached the kitchen, the delicious smell of breakfast greeted him. He spotted Taerae sitting at the table, helping his mom with breakfast preparations, while Taerae's dad busied himself with setting up the plates. The scene was warm and homey, a perfect picture of a relaxed morning in the Taerae household.
