Christina followed Brad into the library and it was pretty empty besides for a few other people. They walked through some of the row of book shelves until they got to one at the way back of the library where no one else was.

They came to a slow stop and once they did, Christina said, "so?" in a waiting tone.

"I found the place" he said as he handed a different note to her, "it's that old warehouse down by the lake."

She studied the paper for a quick second before looking up at him only to find him leaning against the same bookshelve she was up again, peering down at her.

"how'd you find that out?" she asked a little surprised.

"wasn't that hard, just went around and hit the jackpot with the first person I asked." he explained coolly.

She believed what he told her, but still felt a little uneasy about it.

"that lake..are you sure the address is for that warehouse?" she asked as she looked up at him with a little hint of worry in her eyes.

"uh..yeah." he answered in a slightly confused tone.

"It doesn't make any sense for him to want us to go out there" she mentioned as she was feeling more anxious.

"yea, nothin' he's doing is making a lot of sense." he said flatly, "this f.cking setup is just adding to that reputation."

She stared for a moment before saying, "you think so?" in a tone of disbelief and anxiety.

He studied her for a minute before coming to a realization.

"you're asking all of this because of that guy who went missing out there last summer."

She still had her eyes on him when he said this and the second she heard those words she averted her eyes in another direction.

"no...not even," she said in a softer voice as she looked down at the note and started to fold it up.

"I just don't wanna get lost out there.."

He noticed the way she started to act a little off and stared at her for a moment as if to try and read her in a way.

"hey..uh..we don't gotta go out there if you don't want to." he told her in a serious tone.

She looked back up at him and said, "I'm okay.." in a reassuring tone, "..we have to go out there anyways, it's not like we have too many other choices."

His eyes looked away from her for a short second as he nodded his head once.

She didn't know what else to do so she started twirling around her necklace with her hand as her eyes stayed focused on him.

Out of nowhere he slowly reached for her other hand and gently took the note from her as she let go of the note.

In the next moment he leaned off of the bookshelf and turned to walk away. So she did the same and followed him through the rows of bookshelves again.

They got to the library door and he held it open, letting her walk out first.

They walked down a hallway that was semi-empty and then took a turn into another hallway on the right. Just as they walked towards the double doors at the end of the hallway, they heard a voice calling out for him. She was the first to turn around as she recognized the voice too.

They both came to a stop as Kevin and Steve walked up to them, asking where they were going.

Christina didn't answer and instead glanced at Brad as if she was waiting for him to say something.
