This A.N is going to be in all three of my ongoing stories. So Harry Potter and the secret inheritance, Ember Potter and the secret of the gems, and Crystal Potter the half-ghost witch will all have the same A.N so if you read one of my other stories know you can just skip this bit.

So you all know I have spelling and grammar problems, well I asked something on Wattpad (Because that's for some reason the only site that has a community board, like seriously why doesn't AO3 at least have one of those, it would make asking your readers things so much easier!).

What I asked was if my readers would mind if I used ChatGPT to help with my spelling and grammar, I will not use it to write my stories for me. It'll just be there to help with my weaknesses like spelling.

Everyone on Wattpad said that as long as that's all I used it for, and it helped me then to go ahead so these chapters were corrected by ChatGPT. I went back and reread them side by side of the original text and all that was changed was spelling and some phrasing to better understand what's going on.

I wanted to let you know, because I'm going to be going back through my stories and using chat to correct the spelling and grammar errors in the past chapters.

Anyways lets get onto the reviews!

To Ember's surprise, the rest of the year went by peacefully. She had spotted some Aurors hanging around and assumed they were dealing with the three-headed dog in the third-floor corridor. She didn't know that the Aurors found more than they bargained for.

When the Aurors went to take care of the overgrown dog, they found an obstacle course. They encountered a Devil's Snare, flying keys that attacked, a human-sized chessboard, and to their shock and horror, another troll.

There was a potions riddle right after the troll that led into a room containing a mirror. Madam Bones was furious when she heard what was being kept in the school. Her niece had stayed there most of the year—what if she had found these things and gotten hurt?

This isn't to say that she wasn't worried about other children getting hurt, but her first thought was of her last remaining family. She was determined to put pressure on the professors for allowing something like this to happen.

Ember had no clue any of this was happening, though. She was spending her days doing paperwork, training, spending time with her friends, and spending a little bit of time with her twin. She was trying to give him a second chance since she knew he was just a child like her.

She also spent time with her mom and Amethyst, getting to know her latest gem's interests. She learned that Amethyst was really into rock music and loved to cook and bake. Ember was so happy to discover this because it was something Amethyst could share with Pearl to bring them closer together.

She knew that spending time with her mom and brother was slowly healing her childhood pain.

That was how she spent her days, while her nights were filled with learning about gem history, fighting Yellow for training, and studying what she needed to know.

She was horrified when White tried to tell her how to create new gems. She couldn't believe that the Diamonds had destroyed so many planets when a simple potion could make brand new gems even more effectively than destroying planets full of life.

She took them to task for what they had done, yelling that they could have just used a potion like she did to create gems. She told them that she refused to rule the way they did.

Their way of ruling was one of the reasons the gem race died out. They would kill any gem that wasn't perfect in their eyes. She refused to be the same. She lectured the Diamonds for hours about how everyone had flaws and their own special likes and dislikes; gems weren't any different from humans in that way.
