Jhan
"Anomaly?"Professor Farwell
"Yes, Jhan... an anomaly. Tell me, what do you think that is?"Jhan, still puzzled, hesitates.
Jhan
"Something that... isn't normal?"Professor Farwell smiles at the answer.
Professor Farwell
"Correct."He stands up, moving to a drawer and pulling out a file marked with large red letters: TOP SECRET. He hands it over to Jhan.
Professor Farwell
"You see, anomalies have existed in some part of history, dating back to ancient times."Jhan opens the file slowly. Inside, only two sheets of paper are visible, filled with detailed information and images.
Professor Farwell
"Asha... She was the first recorded anomaly. Asha lived during the early days of the discovery of 'Resonance.'"He continues, pacing slowly across the room.
Professor Farwell
"She could combat threats even without the Resonance, a feat unheard of in her time. When she was finally injected with Resonance, it only enhanced her capabilities."Professor Farwell
"She rose through the ranks quickly, becoming known as the Hope of Life, a symbol of a protector, she was seen in every major event of that era."Professor Farwell
"Day by day she started to unlock all the Arts: Burst Arts, Rage Arts, Sage Arts... and even the God Arts."Jhan
"God Arts?"Professor Farwell
"Yes, God Arts. They aren't widely known because only a few hunters have managed to unlock them. It's not a secret, just a rarity."He pauses, letting the information sink in, then continues.
Professor Farwell
"Asha was said to have lived for more than 200 years, though this is not confirmed, there's plenty of evidence supporting it."Professor Farwell
"In her final days, she fought an enemy that matched her strength. The battle was fierce and brutal, but Asha emerged victorious. Yet, despite her enhanced healing abilities, she eventually succumbed to her injuries."He sighs.
Professor Farwell
"People mourned her loss for years. At first, she was remembered in every blessing and prayer, but as decades and centuries passed, she faded from memory."Professor Farwell then hands Jhan another file, labeled with the same TOP SECRET marking.
Professor Farwell
"Thomas Clinton... Just a few thousand years ago from this day, another anomaly emerged. Like Asha, he had remarkable physical abilities even without Resonance. When injected, his capabilities soared, and he too mastered all the Arts."He sits down again, his expression turning grim.
Professor Farwell
"But unlike Asha, Thomas was reckless, arrogant. He died young-at the age of 36-after confronting a Category 14, Stage 2 by himself."Professor Farwell's voice drops lower.
Professor Farwell
"The Monster was eventually killed after A group of Master Hunter went after it."He continues.
Professor Farwell.
"Though arrogant, he was able to significantly, slow down the Monster, i give him that."He looks at Jhan intently.
Professor Farwell
"So, with all that information...."He pauses, gauging Jhan's reaction.
