Aegis Staff Meeting Room

Staff 1
"The training of the recruits seems to be going smoothly. The first week has passed in the blink of an eye. Soon enough, it'll only be a matter of time before they're deployed to active war zones."

Narration: Training Regiments

During the first two weeks of training, recruits focus on improving their physical capabilities, honing their movements, agility, strength, and other bodily skills.

At the three-week mark, the focus shifts more toward the Arts.

Recruits are given an additional two-week span to manifest their Arts.

As time passes, between physical training and manifesting their Arts, recruits are also deployed to active war zones. This process helps them deepen their connection with their environment, their Arts, and with one another.

This is how a Hunter is born.

Arts

Arts are special abilities that allow hunters to turn the tide of battle and secure victory over threats.

Resonance Arts: Fundamental abilities that every hunter learns to enhance their combat effectiveness and interactions with monsters.

Burst Arts: Powerful, explosive attacks or special techniques that offer a significant burst of power.

Rage Arts: Techniques that tap into the hunter's emotions or physical state, providing a temporary surge in strength.

Sage Arts: Advanced techniques that require deep focus and mastery, often involving manipulation of the environment.

God Arts: *Properties unknown*. Although some are aware of its existence, no one can truly describe how this Art works.

Recruits will operate in various locations until they either apply to, or are invited by, a Hunter Association.

Since the Philippines doesn't have its own Hunter Association, those who become hunters through this branch are sent to associations around the globe, either by application or invitation.

One of the staff members opens the screen, showcasing various sparring sessions that took place in the past days.

Staff 2:
"No doubt, the Royals are performing exceptionally well."

The staff continues.

Staff 2
"They've had plenty of sparring sessions over the days and have managed to maintain their reputation as royals... especially the Eldrics. They don't hold back when it comes to that."

One of the staff members then mentions Lysander Valen.

Staff Member 3:
"Like the other royals, this one also seems remarkable. He hasn't lost a single sparring session."

Staff Member 4:
"As for the other Recruits, they're doing fine and are moving according to schedule."

Staff Member 2 sighs.
"I hope this batch makes it through. Reflecting on last year... that was the worst set of casualties we've ever had. Some didn't even make it that far."

Staff Member 1:
"We'll see."

Staff 1 straightens their notes, looking around the table.

Staff 1
"That concludes everything for now. If there are no further comments, dismissed."
