RECOVERY GIRLS OFFICE

A day after the USJ incident Izuku lay on a hospital bed, his arm heavily bandaged, with fresh painkillers dulling the throbbing in his decayed flesh. Beside him, All Might and Denki lay on another bed.

The room was silent, save for the hum of the machines and the occasional shuffle from Recovery Girl in the adjacent room. The battle at the USJ had left them worse for wear, but the physical wounds were only part of the burden they carried.

Izuku broke the silence first, his voice raspy and strained. “We got lucky today, didn’t we?” His eyes, duller than usual, stared at the ceiling, his mind replaying the fight over and over.

All Might sighed, a deep, weary sound that seemed to come from the very depths of his being. “Yeah. Luck… and a lot of help from you.” He looked at Izuku, pride and concern mingling in his gaze. “But this fight… it was too close. If the pros hadn’t arrived when they did…”

Izuku nodded, the weight of All Might’s words sinking in. “I know. that hand villain… he was stronger than I expected. And that Nomu thing…” He trailed off, the image of the monstrous creature flashing in his mind. “It was like nothing we’ve ever faced before. We couldn’t even slow it down until the end.”

All Might clenched his fists, the memory of his battle with Nomu fresh and raw. “That thing… it was created for one purpose—to kill me. And it nearly succeeded. But you, Izuku… you held your own. You saved lives today.”

Izuku looked up at All Might, the weight of responsibility heavy in his eyes. “I’ll train harder. I’ll get stronger. I won’t let this happen again.”

All Might gave him a small, sad smile. “I believe in you, my boy. But remember, being a hero isn’t just about strength. It’s about knowing when to fight and when to step back, to protect what’s most important.”

They sat in silence for a moment, the gravity of the situation settling over them like a heavy fog. The fight at the USJ had been a wake-up call—a brutal reminder that they were facing enemies far more dangerous and ruthless than they had ever imagined.

“We’ll get through this,” All Might said finally, his voice soft but resolute. “Together. We’ll find a way to stop them. But for now, rest. We’ll need all our strength for the battles ahead.”

Izuku nodded, closing his eyes as the exhaustion finally began to take hold. “Thank you.”

As Izuku drifted off to sleep, All Might sat beside him, keeping watch. The fight at the USJ had shaken them both to their cores, but it had also strengthened their bond. They were more than just teacher and student now—they were family. And together, they would face whatever came next

ONE WEEK LATER

A week had passed since the harrowing battle at the USJ, and the once buzzing halls of U.A. High School had settled into an uneasy calm. The students of Class 1-A were still reeling from the events, their minds filled with memories of the chaos and danger they had faced. But life at U.A. had to go on, and so did their training.

Izuku, now fully recovered, walked into the classroom, greeted by the familiar sight of his classmates chatting and preparing for the day. His presence immediately drew attention, and the room fell silent as everyone turned to look at him. The last time they had seen him, he had been in rough shape—his armor shattered, his body battered, and his arm decayed. But now, he stood tall, his usual bright smile back in place.

“Hey, guys,” Izuku said, rubbing the back of his head, a bit embarrassed by all the attention. “got any skittles?”

Kirishima was the first to speak, his voice full of relief. “Midoribro! You’re okay, man! We were worried about you.”
