Tae-Ho's eyes narrowed, his grip still locked on Lee Yoon-Ah. "Let's make a deal," he said, his voice low and even. "You become my bodyguard, and I'll let you go."

Lee Yoon-Ah's eyes widened in surprise. "What? Why would I do that?"

Tae-Ho smiled, a cold glint in his eye. "Because you want to find out what happened to your brother. And I might know something."

Lee Yoon-Ah's gaze faltered, her mind racing. She had to find out what happened to her brother. And if becoming Tae-Ho's bodyguard was the only way...

"Fine," she spat, her voice barely above a whisper. "I'll do it."

Tae-Ho's smile grew wider. "Good choice."

With a swift motion, he released Lee Yoon-Ah, who stumbled back, her eyes never leaving his face.

Days passed, and Lee Yoon-Ah settled into her new role as Tae-Ho's bodyguard. She shadowed him everywhere, her eyes scanning the crowds for potential threats.

Tae-Ho, too, seemed to relax in her presence, his eyes lingering on her with a hint of curiosity.

One evening, as they walked through the city, Tae-Ho turned to Lee Yoon-Ah and asked, "Why did you really agree to be my bodyguard?"

Lee Yoon-Ah hesitated, then said, "I told you. I need to find out what happened to my brother."

Tae-Ho's eyes narrowed, his expression unreadable. He nodded curtly, but said nothing more.

The silence between them grew thicker, heavy with unspoken questions and doubts.
