Chairman Lee greeted Lee Yoon-Ah warmly as she entered his office. "Ah, Yoon-Ah, thank you for coming. I trust Director Kim didn't trouble you too much?"Lee Yoon-Ah shook her head, still cautious. "No, Chairman. He seemed concerned."
Chairman Lee chuckled. "Director Kim can be passionate. Don't worry, I'll handle everything."
After Lee Yoon-Ah left, Director Kim burst in, his face urgent. "Chairman, I must tell you something. The artifact isn't with Yoon-Ah; it's with Park."
Chairman Lee's expression turned cold, eyes narrowing. "So, you're playing both sides, Director? Did you fall for her tricks?"
Director Kim shook his head firmly. "No, Chairman. I'm protecting Yoon-Ah. She's innocent."
Chairman Lee sneered, hand moving to his drawer. "Innocent? Ha! You're a fool, Director. Fools deserve to die."
With a calm smile, Chairman Lee pulled out a gun and pointed it at Director Kim. "You should have stayed out of this."
He pulled the trigger. Director Kim's eyes widened in shock as he fell, limp.
Chairman Lee smirked. "What a poor soul. Your usefulness has expired. Your emotional attachment to Yoon-Ah makes you unreliable. Eliminating you keeps my goals on track. Ha ha ha. Now, next is you."
