Taehyung's heart raced as he stepped into the unfamiliar hallways of Seo High School. As a transfer student, he dreaded starting over. The thought of making new friends and navigating a new school felt daunting. He clutched his schedule and map, trying to make sense of the labyrinthine corridors.As he turned a corner, he collided with a boy, sending his sketchbook and pencils flying. The boy's books and folders scattered across the floor, and they both bent to gather the scattered belongings."Oh no, I'm so sorry!" the boy exclaimed, his bright smile and sparkling eyes making Taehyung's heart flutter.Taehyung's gaze met the boy's, and he felt a jolt. There was something about the boy's warm smile and gentle eyes that put him at ease."I'm Jungkook, the music club president," the boy said, handing Taehyung his sketchbook.Taehyung took it, their fingers touching briefly. A spark of electricity ran through his body, and he quickly pulled his hand back."I'm Taehyung," he replied, his voice barely above a whisper.Jungkook's eyes crinkled at the corners as he smiled. "Welcome to Seo High, Taehyung. You should join our music club! We could use a talented artist like you."Taehyung hesitated, unsure if he was ready to commit to a new club. But Jungkook's warmth and enthusiasm were infectious."What kind of music do you play?" Taehyung asked, curiosity getting the better of him."We do a bit of everything," Jungkook replied. "But I think you'd really enjoy our sessions. We're a pretty laid-back group."As they finished gathering their belongings, Jungkook handed Taehyung a flyer. "Our first practice is today after school. You should come check it out!"Taehyung took the flyer, feeling a sense of excitement. Maybe this new school wouldn't be so bad after all. Maybe he'd even find a place where he belonged.
