[ Third Person Pov ]
“Are we there yet? My feet hurt.”
Seungmin sighed bitterly, he really wished from the bottom of his non-existent heart that she'd shut up. The brunette had been rambling ever since they got to the mysterious part of the subway, complaining about it being dark, empty and eerie, but still followed him, call it blind faith or being plain dumb, Jieun just had zero clue on what to do about this matter.
“Wow, you're annoying,” Seungmin rolled his eyes. He honestly thought she'd be used to walking, considering the fact that she was human.
“I'm annoying?” Jieun repeated his accusation, placing a hand on her chest with an agape expression. “You're the one who literally pulled me out at night and towards who-knows-where, without explaining why.”
“One, because we can move freely at night with lesser chances of your admirers spotting you and two, I'm taking you to. . .” Seungmin leaned closer, whispering. “. . .Love haven.”
“Bro why are you whispering? We're li— OH MY GOD, DID YOU JUST SAY LO—LOVE HAVEN?? BUT YOU SAID YOU CAN'T LEAVE!! AND YOU CALL ME THE COMPLI—”
Jieun stopped blethering when she heard chugging sounds from the far distance and light beaming from the tunnel, she narrowed her eyes to Seungmin who looked unaffected by this. “A train runs here? I didn't even know this part of the subway existed,” She grabbed his arm, attempting to run away with him. “We must leave, what if it's illegal being here?”
“You worry too much,” Seungmin yanked her back, wrapping his arm around her shoulder to keep her in place. “Cowardly human.”
“Hey! I'm pretty brave.”
“Then you wouldn't mind getting in, right?”
The engine roared to an end, the door opening with a ping. Jieun stared at the empty interior with wide-eyed, her face freezing cold with fright. “Nope, not getting on that,” she turned on her heels, running away from him as fast as she could. “You're on your own kid.”
“My earth age is still higher than yours, you're the kid.”
