Ennui x Fear

*I know I said I don't ship Ennui with anyone else except Sadness but....her and Fear make a cute ship as well..Enjoy*

Ennui wasn't the type to be in a relationship because she was too lazy and didn't care to be in one. Unfortunately she slightly gained feelings for Fear. Her and Fear really don't make a good couple but here's Ennui having feelings for the wimpy emotion... Fear on the other hand always found Ennui a bit scary looking. Probably because of her dull appearance and personality. But Ennui wasn't a threat. For some reason Fear also found her kinda attractive...To bad he was too wimpy to tell Ennui how pretty she is. 

One day Ennui was laying down on the couch like always, scrolling through her phone. Fear came up as he was in the mood to sit down for a bit. He knew that Ennui was too lazy to move for anyone unless she was forced to. But Fear was too scared her to force her to do anything. So with a bit of hesitation he sat on the end of the couch where Ennuis feet were. At first Ennui pretend like she didn't notice him because she just does that, but she did slightly move her legs to give more room for Fear. Fear noticed as he moved over closer to Ennui a bit but he didn't make eye contact with her. Ennui already knew that Fear was scared of her which she didn't mind. In fact she kinda liked it. Ennui puts her legs over Fears lap. Fear yelps a bit, startled by this. Ennui looked at her phone though acting like she didn't care or know that she invaded Fears personal space. The two emotions sat like this for a few minutes. Fear started to blush as Ennui kept her legs on his lap. He wanted to push them off but he couldn't. Ennui smiled a bit enjoying her taunt. Fear happened to notice the smile on Ennuis face. "W-why are you smiling?" 

Ennuis smiled disappeared a bit. "Oh nothing.... it's just... it's funny how you won't just push my legs off...do you like that?..."

Fear blushed not being able to answer right away. "Umm...I don't mind...I mean.... yeah..." Ennui removed her legs off of Fears lap letting her free. Fear decided to get up and go somewhere else leaving Ennui be. But Ennui didn't want Fear to leave...She wanted him to stay...She wanted to be near him. The next day Fear noticed that Ennui wasn't hogging the whole couch so this was his chance to have the couch to himself for a bit. After he enjoyed his coffee he decided to take a little nap. He set his cup aside on the floor and layed down on the couch. Ennui came over after she did her own thing. She was surprised to see Fear sleeping in her spot like that but this could be her chance. Wasting no time Ennui slowly hovered herself over Fear trying to lay next to him but not trying to wake him. She got herself down on the couch. She grabbed ahold of the purple emotion and set him on top of her (basically having Fear laying on her). Ennui blushed a little. She thought how cute it was to watch Fear sleep. Ennui got back on her phone letting an oblivious Fear sleep on her. 

An hour later Fear slowly woke up. He then gasped realizing that he was laying on Ennui. "Ahhh! What am I...how did you...ahhh!" Fear instantly gets off the periwinkle emotion. Ennui looked at Fear like as if nothing happened. 

"I saw you sleeping and I thought you would like some company". Ennui replied.

"Oh... ummm thanks?" He looked at Ennui nervously. She wasn't a threat but he just found her intimidating and scary looking. Ennui still looked at Fear with her soulless cobalt blue eyes. She really wished she didn't want to have feelings for him. Her and Fear don't go together. But she couldn't help it..."Well I think I'm going to do something else for a little while"

"Okay..." Ennui really wasn't okay with this but she didn't want Fear to think she was a threat or whatever he sees her as. So she let him be for the rest of the day. The night came and Fear volunteered to be on dream duty. Fear pulled up a chair up to the control panel and sat down with another coffee cup in his hand. Little did Fear know that Ennui decided to join him. Well sort of, she actually laid on the couch like always but she didn't look at her phone the whole time. She also observed the purple emotion from time to time. "How cute..." She said quietly. Unfortunately it wasn't quite enough for Fear to hear as he got startled and turned to the side. "Ennui? What are you doing up?"

"Didn't feel like going to bed" Ennui lied. 

Fear was skeptic and thought that Ennui was hiding something other than intimidating and scaring him. "Okay..." He turned around pretending like he didn't see the periwinkle emotion. Ennui started to get slowly impatient. She wanted Fear to warm up to her but apparently this wasn't enough. She slowly got up without Fear noticing. After a few seconds Fear looked to see if Ennui was still on the couch. She wasn't there. Before Fear knew it he found himself pinned to the ground by Ennui. He yelps nervously. "Ahh! Ennui what are you doing!?"  Ennui sighed deeply. "Look Fear apparently I'm not doing enough to make you get used to me so you left me no choice...I like you Fear and I feel like you and I don't make a good couple. But I can't help it..." 

Fear was surprised that Ennui who seems to care for so little have feelings for him. He also felt a little bad now. Treating Ennui as if she was a threat and she wasn't the whole time. "Oh Ennui I... I'm sorry... it's just that... I'm a little scared of you but...I find you kinda attractive as well but I'm too coward to tell you." Fear replied.

Ennui was a little surprised as she got off of Fear and sat on her knees. "You...you actually find me attractive?"  Fear nodded as he sat up. "Oh...so this was a big misunderstanding?"

"I guess"

They sat there quietly for a few moments. "So do you actually want to date me Fear?"

"Sure why not. I find you attractive. I don't think it would hurt us to be in a relationship even if you feel like we don't go together." Fear got up and offered his hand to Ennui. Ennui smiled a bit and accepted the offer. Ennui was a little taller than Fear so it made sense for Fear to be intimidated by her. But Ennui was harmless. She was too lazy to hurt anyone anyway. 

"Is it ok if we kiss? I know we just now accepted each other but still...we don't have to though" Ennui said. 

"No it's fine..." 

Ennui gently picks Fear up at her level. She then gave him a long drawn kiss on the lips. Fear blushed hard as this was his first kiss and the best kiss he's ever experienced. Ennui blushed a little too. After a few seconds of making out Ennui gently set Fear back down. Without hesitation Fear wrapped his arms around Ennui giving her a hug. Ennui was caught off guard but she didn't push him away.
