•Y/n's POV•

As we approached
Mr. & Mrs.Jeon, they stood up. Aunty Shinji came and pulled me into a hug.

"How are you Y/n? She asked.

"I'm fine aunty." I replied smiling.

"Have a seat y'all." Aunty Shinji offered.

"Now at last can you tell me why are we here??" I asked when mom, dad I seated ourselves on the chairs.

"Didn't you tell her about this meeting Young Ae?" Asked aunty Shinji being quite surprised.

"No." Mom said in a straight tone.

"How can you let her be oblivious from this!?" Complained aunty Shinji which increased my curiosity even more.

"Listen, I don't like to hide anything from her but she's too stubborn to understand. If I told her earlier so she'll definitely not come." Declared mom and I looked at her in an instant with a questioned look.

What did she mean?

"Everyone, can you please tell me why are we here? It's so confusing." I asked hastily getting impatient within every second.

"Y/n, don't get panic but we're here for your marriage thing."

I gasped as mom told that, are they going to force me to marry somebody I don't even know? At this point, I felt like a pathetic side character in dramas who is being forced to do something unwillingly. The nervousness showered inside me. For a second I felt like I got betrayed by my own parents.

"Mom! How can you decide this kind of thing without letting me know?! Also, I'm too young for that!" I told mom being disappointed.

"That's the thing, I was afraid you'll overreact and oppose the proposal in the first place. Be practical Y/n.." mom told me as I scoffed internally.

"You're the one who's not being practical. I'm sorry if being rude but how can you fix it without letting me know? I'm still young." I explained with a calm expression but nervousness kept eating me from inside. I felt my throat dry.

"No, who said we fixed? You fully deserve to share your point of views. There is no hurry. Every preparation will be held only after you complete your university and that too, if you agree to this. We're not forcing you dear..." Mrs.Jeon said.

I kept silent for few seconds. The first thought came to my mind was him. I sighed and stayed silent. What should I do? He is unforgettable but, we aren't meant to be. It is hard. Should I give up? The thought of him is unable to leave my my mind. The decision was not easy yet I tried to think on it. I looked up at the elders sitting there patiently waiting for my response with hopeful eyes. I truly don't want to disappoint them when they're wishing my best. I looked at my mother and her eyes left no options for me.

•End Of Y/n's POV•

Eventually, you melted.

"Where's he?" You finally asked with heaviness inside your heart.

Only you know how hard the life would be for you if you agreed to take this decision. Meanwhile the eyes brightened with anticipation of elders present there.

"He texted that he'll be here in few minutes. By the way, he is my son." Replied Mrs.Jeon who failed to hide her overloading happiness as her voice cracked due to a wide smile forming on her lips with sparkled eyes.

Everyone on the table, your parents, Mr&Mrs.Jeon, looked happy.

"Oh. O-Okay." You nodded and remembered your mother mentioning the son of Mrs.Jeon once, twice or more after her visit 2 months ago.
