*Jungkook's POV*
Jungkook woke up the next morning feeling uneasy, the memories of the creepy messages from last night flooding his mind. He groggily sat up in bed, stretching, but the weight of dread clung to him like a heavy blanket. The tension had crawled into his dreams, tainting what should have been a peaceful night.
He grabbed his phone from the bedside table, almost afraid to see if more messages had come through. His thumb hovered over the screen, heart pounding. But when the phone lit up, there were no new texts. Just silence. He exhaled, trying to shake off the anxiety.
"I must be overthinking this," he mumbled to himself, though deep down, he knew he wasn’t. The stalker's words from last night echoed in his mind: *"I’ll make sure you never feel alone again."*
Trying to push the thoughts away, Jungkook decided to throw himself into his usual morning routine. He made his way to the bathroom, brushing his teeth and splashing cold water on his face. But the feeling of being watched was still there, like an itch he couldn’t scratch.
When he finally dressed and left his penthouse, heading to his office, the bustling noise of the city seemed to offer some relief. People walked by, minding their own business. For a brief moment, he felt normal again. But that nagging sensation of eyes on him wouldn’t disappear.
As he approached his office building, Hana greeted him with her usual warm smile.
"Morning, Mr. Jeon! You have a meeting with the marketing team in an hour. Do you want coffee before you start?" she asked.
"Yeah, that’d be great. Thanks, Hana," Jungkook replied, trying to sound casual.
Hana nodded and hurried off to grab his coffee, leaving Jungkook to check his emails. As he clicked through the usual work updates, he found himself glancing at his phone, half-expecting another twisted message to pop up.
But instead, a knock on his office door interrupted him.
“Come in,” Jungkook called out, relieved at the distraction.
It was Jimin, his best friend, with a concerned expression on his face. Jimin had been in Jungkook’s life for years, always the steady and dependable one, and if there was anyone Jungkook could trust, it was him.
"Hey, you look like you didn’t sleep at all, and sorry i can't come yesterday because of urgency " Jimin said as he sat down across from him. “Something on your mind?"
Jungkook hesitated for a moment, unsure if he wanted to burden Jimin with the strange texts. He had hoped the problem would go away on its own, but it seemed to be getting worse. Finally, he decided it was better to tell someone.
"Yeah… there’s something weird going on," Jungkook began, lowering his voice. "I’ve been getting these messages. Creepy ones. From an unknown number. It’s been going on for weeks now."
Jimin’s expression darkened immediately. "What kind of messages?"
Jungkook unlocked his phone and handed it to Jimin. He didn’t need to say more. The messages were all there—disturbing, invasive, perverted. Jimin’s eyes scanned the screen, his frown deepening with each word.
"This is messed up," Jimin muttered, handing the phone back. "Why didn’t you tell me sooner?"
"I don’t know. I guess I thought it would stop on its own," Jungkook admitted. "But now… I don’t think it’s just some random troll. This person knows things about me. Things they shouldn’t."
Jimin ran a hand through his hair, looking more worried than ever. "You need to report this, Jungkook. This is serious. You could be in danger."
Jungkook nodded, though he wasn’t entirely sure what reporting it would accomplish. The police were usually slow to respond to cases like this unless there was actual physical evidence of harm. Still, the idea of doing nothing seemed even worse.
"I was thinking of hiring more security," Jungkook said. "Maybe a bodyguard. Just until we figure out who’s behind this."
Jimin seemed to consider it for a moment before nodding. "That’s a good idea. You need someone you can trust to keep an eye on things. We don’t know how far this stalker is willing to go."

*Taehyung's POV*
Across town, Taehyung leaned back in his chair, a twisted smirk pulling at his lips as he watched the small screen in front of him. The camera feed he’d managed to hack into was giving him a clear view of Jungkook’s office. Every word, every anxious glance, all of it played out before his eyes.
"More security, huh?" Taehyung murmured to himself. "That’s cute."
He’d been watching Jungkook for months now, ever since he’d first laid eyes on the man at a charity event. There was something about Jungkook—his innocence, his beauty, the way he carried himself—that had instantly captivated Taehyung. But his interest had quickly morphed into something darker, something obsessive.
Jungkook didn’t belong to the world of regular people. He was too perfect for that. And Taehyung had convinced himself that only he could protect Jungkook from the dangers of the world, even if that meant bending reality to suit his needs.
The messages he’d been sending were just the beginning, a way to test the waters. But now that Jungkook was thinking about hiring a bodyguard, Taehyung knew it was time to escalate things. He would need to get closer to Jungkook, in a more direct way.
"I’ll be your protector, Jungkook," he whispered, his fingers tracing the edge of the screen. "You’ll never need anyone else."
Taehyung’s eyes glinted with a manic energy as he began typing up his next message, something even more perverse, something that would crawl under Jungkook’s skin and make him feel truly exposed.
*"I’m watching you right now. I can see everything, baby. Every move you make. Your body is mine, whether you know it or not."*

*Jungkook's POV*
Later that afternoon, as Jungkook tried to focus on work, his phone buzzed again. His heart sank. He didn’t want to look, but he couldn’t help it.
The message on his screen made his blood run cold.
*"I’m watching you right now. I can see everything, baby. Every move you make. Your body is mine, whether you know it or not."*
Jungkook’s hands trembled as he stared at the words. This wasn’t just someone sending creepy messages anymore. This was someone who was actively watching him, maybe even now, right in this very moment. He felt a chill run down his spine, glancing around his office, feeling suddenly exposed.
This was no longer paranoia. The stalker was closer than he’d ever imagined.
---
The tension in the air thickened, and Jungkook’s decision to hire a bodyguard was now more urgent than ever. He needed to protect himself from whoever this person was, before it was too late.
