This is just a summary of whats been going on in the story. If don't want everything spoon-fed to you, then just skip it. I will still recommend you stay because I'm a terrible writer and need to explain things clearly. I didn't really take this story seriously at first, but I'm starting to love writing it. Think of this as a rewrite even though I'm too lazy to actually do one.

Chapter 1:

In a surreal flower field, Mist finds themselves confronted by a dark, imposing figure, initially assumed to be the Grim Reaper. Despite the ominous presence, Mist feels an unexpected sense of happiness at their impending demise. Confusion engulfs them as they question how they ended up in this strange place. An entity offers Mist a second chance at life after a tragic death (So basically reincarnation.) The skeletal figure reveals his identity as (Ink) Papyrus, claiming to be the multiverse's best Protector.

As (Ink) Papyrus insists that Mist drink a mysterious substance (vial), Mist outright refuses, bewildered by the concept of a multiverse and unsure of their own identity. They struggle to remember anything about their past-friends, family, or even their soul trait-until they softly utter the name "Mist," feeling a strange connection to it.

The encounter takes a chaotic turn as another character named Fly (Fresh Papyrus). (Ink) Papyrus, maintaining an air of calm amidst the madness, offers to explain everything in a more suitable setting. Given Mist's disorientation and lack of options, they reluctantly accept the offer to leave with Papyrus. Though apprehensive about following a strange skeleton into the unknown, Mist clings to the hope that this could be an opportunity for a fresh start-a chance to build a new life free from the burdens of their forgotten past. Excited yet anxious, Mist prepares to embark on this unpredictable journey.

Chapter 2:

Mist stands before the remnants of a crumbled structure, grappling with feelings of emptiness and confusion about their existence in this desolate place. Despite having survived a harrowing experience of being flung through a building, they struggle to recall their past and yearn for a sense of purpose.

In a conversation with Ink Papyrus and his other variants-Error and Fresh-Mist learns that they are different versions of the same entity from alternate universes. The terminology and quirky nicknames like "Fly," (Fresh Papyrus) "Twitchy," (Error Papyrus) and "Paint" (Ink Papyrus) provide some levity, but Mist remains overwhelmed by the complexity of the multiverse, realizing there may be other versions of themselves out there. After being encouraged to look in a mirror, Mist approaches one, finally confronting their own reflection and identity.
