It was your first day on the new set as makeup artist and stylest. You find the room you're supposed to be in and it's empty. You start setting up your stuff putting makeup where it would normally go and hair products. You turn on your playlist and hit shuffle. You hum along to a few songs as you set up. The song 'style' by Taylor swift came on. You softly sing along as you finish setting up. You start dancing, swaying your hips to the music 'we never go out of style'. You hear a voice singing with you and you turn, you see Emily blunt propped up in the doorway watching you. Your cheeks flush with embarrassment as you wonder how long she was standing there. She starts walking closer to you.

"How much of that did you see?" You ask shyly.

"Only the good part" she responds with a grin on her face.

"That's definitely one way to get to know someone" you joke.

"Definitely" she responds biting her lip.

'I'm y/n, I'm your makeup artist and stylist for this movie"

"It's lovely to meet you" she says with the same warm smile you've seen on your screen so many times.

"We can get started right away if you'd like"

"Sure" she sits down in the chair and faces the mirror.

You look into the mirror focusing on her and what kind of makeup would suit her features. You try your best to stay focused but you keep getting lost in her eyes from time to time for split seconds. She always raises an eyebrow but never ask about it. You start to do her makeup and one of your favorite songs 'Hot-to-go' comes on. You nod your head to the beat and Emily smiles at you.

"I love this song" she says

"Me too" I grin

The chorus comes on and I start dancing to it 'H-o-t-t-o-g-o you can take me hot to go' Emily watches you and laughs as she watches you somewhat intensely but not trying to stare at your movements.

"You know, I never thought you'd like these kind of songs" I say

"Well you learn something new everyday" she jokes.

"I guess so, I just didn't think you'd purposely listen to songs like... well... this" I say with a slight laugh.

"You know, just cause I'm straight in the public doesn't mean I actually am" she says bluntly

My jaw drops "are you saying you like girls too"?

She grins "I do" she makes eye contact with you but she seems slightly shy compared to the confidence she has seconds ago.

"Well your not the only female cast mate who likes girl" I say with a slight smile

"Oh really?" She says

"Yeah, I like girls too" I say a little quieter

"You do? Has anyone caught your eye" Emily says with a slight grin

"Maybe I have, what about you?"

"Definitely" she says

"Who is this person?"

"Let's just say she has really good dance moves" she laughs slightly and grins.

"You call that good"?

"It was, it was free and carful" she says

I feel heat rushing to my cheeks "Well apparently the girl who caught my eye thinks bad dance moves are really good" I laugh

"And what if this girl asked you on a date?" She says getting up and stepping close to you.

"I'd probably say yes and go on a date with her" I say slightly blushing

"Y/n" she says slightly above a wisper.

"Yeah?"

"Will you go on a date with me?" Emily says nervously.

I grin "I thought you'd never ask"
