"Wake up!"
"Ohh...Do wake up, won't you?!"
I hummed. Not wanting to wake up. My eyelids felt heavy, my head feeling like it was about to explode. I was too exhausted; may I have five more minutes? Please?
"Are you alive, my girl?!"
Of course I am alive, I am just tired. I tried to move to a different position, yet I felt something coarse. Is this sand? Why am I on the sand? I still felt the person standing over me.So groggily, I woke up. My eyes immediately meet the gazes of three Pokémon. Cyndaquil, Rowlet, and... Oshawott? What a weird combo.
I looked up after noticing a pair of feet behind the pokemon. There was a man with a lab coat and a purple beanie looking hat with a white cotton tip. I noticed its patterns; it looked like it would be from the Galar region. He must be a traveler.
I quickly sat up; I realized I was in some sort of port. Nothing seemed right about this. To top it off, this port does not seem familiar in the slightest! Am I still even in the Hoenn region?
"You gave me quite the shock, falling from the sky like that. But thank goodness, you seem unharmed, " the man in the coat said, lifting me off the ground. Wait, what did he say? Me? Falling from the sky? What!! I patted myself down, moving all my limbs, seeing if I had any damage.
"Excuse me? Wha-what do you mean— falling from the sky? Me? Huh?" I do not believe it. It is just not possible. If I fell from the sky, I would be dead. Everything feels normal, no pain, no blood. I would have injuries, but there was nothing out of place.
Wha- What is happening? Am I in Galar? How did I get here? Why am I here? And from the sky? Just... how far a distance is that? How do I go back? What should I do now? Who really is this person who found me? They must be lying, right? I fell from the sky. Maybe he is crazy. This isn't real.
Maybe I should calm down, talk to him, and see where I am. He does not look like a bad guy; good bad guys never look like bad guys. Confusing, yes, but what choice do I really have? Plus, these three Pokémon seem to like him, and they're trustworthy. Okay, then... let us get some clues and see if I can find a way to go home.
"Yes, you fell from the sky, don't you remember?" He answered my long-forgotten question.
"No, I do not. Um, where am I?" I asked, jumping to the next important question.
He gave me an odd look as if there was something wrong with me. It is not a weird question, though! If I fell from the sky, like he claimed, then of course I would not know where I am!
Calm down. Deep breaths. There is no point in panicking right now."Why, this is Prelude Beach, of course. Dear me, did the shock of your fall somehow addle your memory?" He asked worriedly and looked me up and down. His mouth turned downward a little in confusion. "I must say, your clothing is...unusual. You would not happen to have an acquaintance in these parts, would you?"
I looked down at myself, wondering what was so unusual about it. I was wearing the Alolan tourist T-shirt that was given to me and some plain shorts. How is it unusual? It is summertime in Lilycove City, everyone is wearing shorts and a T-shirt so it should not be...
Wait...
I remember...
I remember where I was the last time! I was in Lilycove City. How the hell did I show up in Galar!? Did I fall from a plane or something!? This situation is not really helping me calm down.
"I am sorry," I whimpered, feeling more confused than before. "I don't." I hugged myself, I am so lost. I do not know what to do or go. I do not know where to start. I am wasting my thoughts on the same questions and not getting any answers. What happened to me? Ugh, I need to know! I need to know! I need to know! I just need to find answers and see what is going on.
