Believers - Part 2

"Okay, just, Amir. Amir, let her explain." Amir and Emma looked at Naufal. They then glared at each other.
"Uh, okay. Yesterday, when you guys went home, I kept thinking about the effects of the cult activities we've been doing, so I tried to find some information but found nothing." She said, pointing to the book. They frowned. Naufal took the book and flipped the pages, as Emma told them. Daiyan finished her dessert. She wiped her mouth with the tissue provided.
"Are you.. suggesting that we take the book from your parents?" Daiyan catches up quick. She spoke more slower when other students passed by them, headed to outside of the cafe.
"We could try.. I mean we can go to my house this weekend and then find it." Amir and Naufal nodded slowly. They understood.

Zulaikha was still trying to call her boyfriend. Her friend, Amilia, was also with her. Asyraff and Iman did the same. They're so worried  about their best friend. They just had their lunch at the cafe. They went out and agreed to try to call or text Hadif again.
"He haven't replied to any of my texts or answered my call." Zulaikha was worried. The others were confused.
"He missed yesterday's test, and he was not in class today. He's not even at home when we got back." Iman said.
"How can we find him..?" Amilia mumbled. Zulakiha frowned after hearing what Iman said.
"Which route did you take when you guys went home?" She started to ask.
"The usual. Why?" Asyraff replied.
"I think we need to check the shortcut route." She said, looking at them. Three of them looked at each other with a concerned face.
They arrived at the route Hadif used to take whenever he's in a hurry. Iman parked his car at the side of the road. All of them went out and wandered around at the side to see if there's a clue. Zulaikha just stares at the road, imagining what happened to Hadif. The route was sometimes empty because cars don't always take the shortcut route. They're still wandering around as Zulaikha went to the middle of the road as she saw a sign of an accident on the road. She kneels down and sees it closer. She touched the ground. Suddenly, she brought her head up, wide-eyed. Her eyes became full white. She could see Hadif was hit by a car and fell across the road, then was knocked down by two people. She couldn't see their faces as they were covered. Her head was then brought down. Her eyes were about to get normal when her hand was grabbed by Asyraff.
"Zu!" She gasped while Asyraff pulled her quickly when a car drove past them. She almost got hit. The car's driver just horned to them. Amilia quickly kneels down to check on Zulaikha. Iman bent down, looking at her. He was worried.

"Zu, what did you see?" Iman asked. Zulaikha was heavy breathing after she was pulled. She got up and immediately went to the exact place where the people hid Hadif's bike after he got hit. Her friends knew she was a phsycic. Five of them were friends since elementary school. When they were 16, Hadif decided to confessed to Zulaikha. Fortunately, Zulaikha felt the same for him.
Three of them followed her, going to the bushes at the side of the road. It was around the woods when she saw the bike in her vision.
"Help me.." Her voice was shaking. They helped her take the bushes off the bike. They were wide-eyed. Iman kneels down, checking the bike. There's a sign of the bike getting hit. Asyraff was stunned, and then she looked at Zulaikha. Amilia frowned.
"We need to report about this." Zulaikha said, looking at them.

It's 8:37 p.m. Emma and Daiyan were at their house. Emma was done doing the assignment the lecturer gave to her class today. She went downstairs because she was hungry. She placed her phone on the counter cabinet and then opened the kitchen cabinet to check if there's something she could eat. She decided to make bread with spread peanut butter. She took out the peanut butter and closed back the cabinet. She started to make one or two. As she was making the peanut butter bread, she felt something was standing 8 feet far beside her. She frowned and started to heavy breathing. She finally looked to her right. There's a 7 foot tall dark figure just standing while staring at her. The scary figure's face was pale, and the eyes were full black. The head to toe was fully covered by long black cloth. Emma couldn't scream but just stunned while looking at it. It became really hard to breathe.
Daiyan was upstairs and did her assignment, too. She went inside the bathroom to wash up before she asked Emma to watch Netflix together since the episode of a new K-drama just released. She washed her face. As she was wiping her face, she suddenly felt hands choking her, then pulled her, slamming her head to the mirror in front of her. She was caught off guard. She yelled in pain after being slammed. Then, she heard a loud screeching from inside her mirror as soon as she fell. She closed her eyes, placing her hands on her head. She felt that her head was bleeding. Her whole body was shaking out of fear.
