Chapter 1 - Alexandra

I can't believe that winter break is already over! I just want to go back in my bed, it's way too early! And whoever had the idea to give me PE in the first two periods on Monday needs to get jail time? Don't get me wrong, I love sport and working out, but not at 8AM.

Since both of my friends, Malcom and Henry are barely sharing any classes with me I only see them in breaks. But since I like being on my own I don't have a problem with that. Since they've been a couple for nearly two years I'm always third wheeling anyway. I guess my bests friends are my little brother and my dad. Yep, I'm a loser..

My hobbies don't make me look less nerdy and weird too. I love driving with my motorcycle, I pretty much do it all day. I'm so glad that it's not snowy anymore, so I can ride soon. Besides that I play guitar and e-guitar, piano, I love to sing and draw. Oh, and I'm a huge bookworm. And going to the gym here and there too.

When I enter the girls change room, my ears are filled with girls chatting loudly. I can't help but cringe at that. I'm such an introvert, I don't really loud noise. So I just go to sit down in a corner and start to change into my gym clothes. "Hi, Alexandra. How was your vacation without me?" I suddenly hear someone ask, which makes me look up quickly. To my surprise it's Gina. We share a few classes together and are seat partners in music AP. We surprisingly went to the same hotel in Spain, but she left a week earlier than I did. I really didn't think we'd actually spend time together but she was super excited to hang out. I mean..we get along pretty well in music. And on vacation we almost hung out every day and it was really fun.

Still weird that someone so popular and rich would want to hang out with me. But I am a little confused how she and her family went to the same hotel we did.

"Oh hi. Yeah, was of course super bad and boring without you." I joke dramatically, which makes her chuckle. Gina even sits down next to me. "So..I was wondering. My birthday is in two months and I'm planning on celebrating in and I wanted to ask if you wanna come too? You can bring your friends too, if you want." She asks with a soft smile. As much as I hate party's where I don't know anyone but I actually enjoyed hanging out with her and maybe I need more friends than the guys. "Sure, love to come." I answer with a smirk, making her smile widely. "Awesome! Then I'll tell Caitlyn to plan you in." Gina replies while getting up.

I frown at that. "Is she bored on the planning committee or why is she gonna plan me in?" I ask jokingly, which makes her snort. "She's gonna bake a lot of stuff and cook, so she wants to kind of plan ahead, so no one is hungry at the end." Gina explains with a small shrug, glancing over to Caitlyn for a moment. I can't help but look over to her too. As soon as my eyes are on her she starts to take off her shirt, to change into her gym clothes. I can't stop myself from staring a little too long at her. "I could suggest to her that you could help? I know you have the hots for her." I suddenly hear Gina speak up, which makes me look away from Caitlyn and to Gina immediately.

"I do not!" I scoff, not being able to not turn red at that. Everyone knows I'm gay, you could just tell by looking at me. And as much as I want to deny that I don't find Caitlyn attractive, I can't, because she is just gorgeous. But I don't know anything about her besides that she's super popular, is like- super rich and is the head of the planning committee.

"But I love to bake and cook, so if y'all need help, tell me." I add before getting up to grab my gym shirt. I totally forgot I've been shirtless this whole time. "Then I'll tell Caitlyn." Gina says with a wink and then makes her way back to her friends. I can't help but look over to Caitlyn again. Gina is whispering something into her ear. But to my surprise just then she looks over to me. Our eyes meet and as much as I want to look away, I somehow can't. But she breaks our eye contact by looking down and then back to Gina.

I already know this birthday is gonna be a lot..
