Gina, Isobel and I are currently on our way to the cafeteria for lunch. After getting our food we look for our usual table. But I stop when I notice Alexandra sitting alone at a table in the corner. Gina and Isobel stopped as well. "Wanna go join her?" Gina asks, which makes me turn around to look at her. "If that's okay with you?" I ask shyly and they both grin at that. "Of course, dumbass. We're all friends." Gina tells me with a chuckle and I turn away at that, hiding my blush.

So we make our way over to Alexandra and sit down at the table with her. She instantly looks up with a confused frown when she sees us. "Uh..hi?" I can't help but smile at her surprised face. She's so cute..
I'm definitely developing a crush on her. It's so scary but also exciting! I never had a crush before. Alex and I have been spending a lot of time together because of our art project but I also like spending time with her in general. And I think she does too. Could she like me too? Yeah, no way, she's way out of my league. And she'd never go for someone like me..

"Is it okay if we join you?" I ask as I sit down on her left. "I mean..you already kinda did." Alex replies with a teasing smirk, which makes me roll my eyes. I hit her arm. "How was your day?" Gina asks Alex as we start to eat lunch. She groans at that. "So boring!" She puts her arms on the table and buries her face into them. We three chuckle at her reaction and I gently pat her back. Since Gina gives me a look at that I pull my hand away from Alex. She lifts her head again and leans back in her chair. To my surprise she places her hand on the side of my chair, next to my thigh. My heart skips a beat at that sudden closeness.

"Why was it boring?" Isobel asks curiously. I try to continue eating, pretending that Alexandra's hand isn't so close to me. But I nearly choke on my sandwich when I feel her slowly move her hand up on my thigh. I glance at her but she just keeps looking at Gina and Isobel as they continue chatting. I try my best to listen to their conversation but I'm just so distracted by Alex's hand. Especially when she starts to slightly move her hand here and there, brushing her thumb over my thigh.

"Caitlyn?" I'm snapped back into reality when I hear Gina calling my name. "Huh, what?" I ask confused, making them chuckle. "I asked if you're in about going to the movies later tonight?" Gina explains and I turn red at that. "Yeah, sure." I can't help but glance at Alex for a moment. To my surprise she's already looking at me with her soft eyes. "What?" She asks with a crooked smile, making my heart beat faster. "Nothing.." I mutter shyly, looking down at my food. Then I feel her gently squeeze my thigh and I have to hold back a gasp. At that I shoot Alex a glare but she just looks away, biting her lip. This girl is going to be the death of me..

Gina is picking me up at 7pm, so I'm currently getting ready. Normally I don't really dress up when I'm going out with my friends but since Alexandra is with us I want to look good. Ever since our moment in the cafeteria earlier today I can't stop thinking about her. I mean..she's been in my head for a few weeks but not this much..

Just as I finished styling my hair the doorbell rings. Since I'm alone at home I won't have Amanda teasing me about this, thank god! So I make my way downstairs and open the door after putting on my shoes and jacket. "Ready to go?" Gina asks with smirk and I nod, chuckling at her expression. "Yeah." I reply before locking the door behind me. We make our way over to her car and get inside. Since she already picked up Isobel, I'm sitting in the back. "So..I don't think you guys have told me what movie we're watching." I comment after a few minutes of driving. "Oh, right. We're watching a horror movie. I'm not saying more."Isobel answers with a grin and my eyes widen immediately. "You guys know I hate scary movies! I get scared at everything!" I groan but they just laugh at me. "Hey, maybe Alexandra will hold your hand." Gina tells me and I can practically hear her smirk.

I roll my eyes at her comment. "Will you ever stop shipping us?" I ask in a whine but she just shakes her head. Before Alex and I became friends, all she wanted was for us to become friends. And now that we are friends she wants us to be more. While I also want to be more I'm not ready for others to think that..

After a few more minutes we arrive at the cinema. Since Alexandra doesn't live on the way she's meeting us here. As soon as I get out of the car I spot Alex next to her motorcycle. God, she looks so good in her biker gear..
"Hey, guys." She greets us as she walks over to her. Then she takes off her helmet. I can't help but stare at her. She looks so hot, with her hair all messy. "Hi." I respond with a shy smile, not being able to tear my eyes away from her. "Hey." Alex says again, a crooked smile tucked on her lips. "Okay, you two, stop being gay. Let's go." Gina jokes, which makes Alex laugh and me turn super red.

So we make our way inside the cinema and get our tickets. The whole way in Alex kept brushing her hands against mine and has been walking awfully close to me. This isn't just casual, right?
