June glared at the Rogue Avengers, "Before you say anything, Mama was on the phone with me."
"It shouldn't matter though. Since Annie is her own person. She can do what she wants within legal means." Matt told them

Rogers and Maximoff made a face. Like Toni Stark would ever be an American Patriot.

"You took over the company at 21?" Thor asked
Toni shook her head, "Before." She told the God of Thunder, "Technically I took when I was 16, but it couldn't be made public due to my age, so I did it all in the background and Obadiah was just the face."
Barton and Scott both gave an impressed whistle. Neither could manage to raise their kids and be a superhero. They couldn't imagine doing all of that.
"So you ran the company, raised a kid and created weapons all at the same time?" Loki asked
"And went to MIT graduating with the highest of honors." Rhodey added
James Rhodes: As liaison to Stark Industries, I've had the unique privilege of serving with a real patriot. She is my friend and she is my great mentor. Ladies and gentlemen, it is my honor to present this year's Apogee Award to Dr. Toni Stark. Toni?
[Toni walked into the room right as Rhodey finished his speech. She walked to the stage and took the award from his hand.]
Toni: [a false smile clear on her lips] Thank you for the kind introduction, Colonel. I want to thank everyone...

[A bit later, Toni, Rhodey, and Happy are walking through the lobby of the building, which was a casino, to leave.]
