Since that fateful evening at Gemini's company event, things had changed for Fourth. True to Gemini's word, Tin had completely disappeared from his life. The possessive glares and suffocating attention were gone, leaving Fourth with an unexpected feeling of relief and, oddly, emptiness. Tin had been a problem, but he had also been a constant. Now, with him completely out of the picture, the full force of Gemini's control became more apparent.

It was as if a switch had been flipped. Tin no longer approached him at university, not a single message or call came through. It was as if Tin had vanished into thin air. Whenever Fourth walked through the hallways or sat in class, he no longer felt the weight of Tin's eyes following him. The whispers of their supposed relationship had faded, and the students who once speculated on their dynamic moved on to other gossip. Fourth wasn't sure whether to feel relieved or concerned. One thing was clear—Gemini had handled it.

And then there was the donation. It had caused quite a stir when news spread through the university. Gemini's name had been plastered on a plaque in one of the main buildings, a public declaration of his influence and generosity. The amount he donated had been staggering, enough to ensure Fourth's academic journey would be smooth—too smooth. Fourth now had no worries about failing or struggling with his studies. His grades, once a balancing act of his relationships, were now practically guaranteed to be perfect. Professors treated him with deference, always praising his work, no matter how little effort he actually put in.

Gemini had done exactly what he said he would. He had secured Fourth's future, removed all distractions, and left no room for anyone to interfere. But with that came a new understanding between them—Gemini's control was absolute. Fourth knew that, and it gnawed at him in ways he hadn't anticipated.

---

It was a rainy afternoon when Fourth found himself sitting in the library, his eyes skimming over the pages of a textbook he barely cared about. His phone was resting on the table beside him, silent. He had long since blocked Tin, but even if he hadn't, he doubted Tin would dare try to contact him again.

Fourth sighed and leaned back in his chair, staring out the window as raindrops slid down the glass. His life had become eerily quiet without the chaos of Tin. He had gotten used to balancing multiple lives—his relationship with Gemini, his manipulations of Tin, and his academic pressures. But now, with everything so perfectly in order, he felt a strange sense of discomfort. It was as though the absence of conflict left him with nothing to focus on, and that was unsettling.

His phone buzzed, pulling him out of his thoughts. He glanced at the screen, seeing a message from Gemini.

"Be ready at 7. We're going out."

A small smile tugged at Fourth's lips. As much as Gemini's control had deepened, there was still something thrilling about being a part of his world. The luxury, the power, the attention—it all kept Fourth drawn to Gemini, even when things felt suffocating. He texted back quickly, "Yes, Daddy," and slipped his phone into his pocket.

But as he sat there, alone in the library, the weight of everything settled over him. He had everything he wanted—security, luxury, power. Yet, there was an emptiness, a growing sense that he was no longer playing the game but was now simply a piece on the board, moved by Gemini's hand.

The rest of the day passed in a blur of routine. Fourth's classes were uneventful, and the professors barely seemed to notice him as anything more than a top student. When the day ended, Fourth made his way back to his condo to prepare for the evening.

---

By 7 p.m., Fourth was waiting at the entrance of his building, dressed impeccably as always, his sleek black outfit hugging his frame just the way Gemini liked. When Gemini's car pulled up, Fourth's heart quickened. He slid into the passenger seat, flashing a smile at the man who controlled every facet of his life.

"You look good," Gemini said, his voice low and approving as he drove them toward their destination.

Fourth nodded, his usual flirty smile in place, but his mind was elsewhere. He was playing his part, as always, but the quiet in his life had left too much space for thought. Too much space for him to realize that without the chaos of Tin, his world was now fully shaped by Gemini's desires.

They arrived at an upscale restaurant, one of Gemini's favorites, where they were greeted by the staff as if they were royalty. Fourth, as usual, clung to Gemini's arm, his charming facade in place for all to see. The evening played out like so many before it—Gemini commanding attention wherever they went, while Fourth played the role of the perfect companion.

But as they sat across from each other at the candlelit table, Fourth couldn't shake the feeling that he had lost something. The game had changed, and while he had once thought he was a master player, it was now clear that he had been outplayed. Gemini had removed every obstacle from his path, leaving him no choice but to follow.

As they finished their meal, Gemini leaned back in his chair, his eyes narrowing slightly as he watched Fourth. "You've been quiet," he observed, his tone neutral but probing.

Fourth blinked, snapping out of his thoughts. He smiled quickly, brushing it off. "Just thinking about school. Everything's been so smooth lately."

Gemini smirked, his fingers drumming lightly on the table. "That's how it should be. No distractions. You can focus on what matters now."

Fourth nodded, though inside, the words rang hollow. What mattered? He knew Gemini meant him, but Fourth couldn't help but wonder what else there was. Everything felt too controlled, too perfect, and he wasn't sure how to navigate this new version of his life.

Gemini's gaze lingered on him for a moment longer before he stood up, signaling the end of the evening. Fourth followed, slipping his hand into Gemini's as they walked out of the restaurant together. But as they headed back to the car, Fourth couldn't shake the feeling that, despite having everything, something was missing.

And for the first time, he wondered if this was really what he wanted.

But for now, he played the part, knowing that any move he made from here would have to be more careful than ever before.

The game, it seemed, was far from over.
