A/N Hello everyone and welcome back to another chapter of Dragonball Z: Shifting Tides! I hope you all have been enjoying the story thus far! I know that most of you all are probably wondering why I am spending all this time on creating a story such as this. Also, the fact that you all are wondering about why I have female lead, it's because of the fact that I want a story with a female lead who is strong, but at the same time, not a Mary sue. The events of this chapter take place a month after the previous chapter until after the conversation with Vegeta. After that it's about 8 years later.
It's been about a month since Isha had returned back to Frieza's Flagship from her journey to Planet Kanassa. When she returned to Frieza she had informed him that she and the King of the planet had come to an agreement between his planet as well as Frieza's demands itself. Frieza, intrigued by what Isha was talking about, allowed her to continue her report as he very clearly noticed that she was under the weather at the moment.
"So, Lord Frieza. I would like to inform you that 90% of Planet Kanassa's water supply will be moved to your territories within the year. And the planet itself will continue to do so over the course of the rest of their lives." Isha said, as she bowed to Frieza. "Thank you for your information. But I have no need of Planet Kanassa anymore, the filthy beings had caused a civil war as soon as you'd left." Frieza said, as Isha stared at him in complete confusion. "Civil War?" She asked, worriedly. "Yes, as it would appear. When the King placed you under some kind of spell, some of his men entered the room screaming about killing him and refusing any deal you'd made with him. After that, a Civil War between those loyal to the previous King and me vicariously, and the civilians who weren't very... happy about that deal." Frieza said, as Isha stared at him in shock.
"S-So what I did... caused a c-civil war?" Isha asked completely confused and shocked at this knowledge. "It's not your fault, you were only being diplomatic in your way to prevent needless death and destruction. Sometimes in order to get what you need; you have to make the hard decisions in order to protect the ones you care about." Frieza said, as he sent Isha out of the room.
As Isha left the room, Dodoria had entered the place with blood all over him. It was light blue in color and there was a piece of armor on his chest that came from a Planet Kanassan. How Isha hadn't noticed it was unknown, but Frieza wasn't about to listen to whatever she would say. He had a plan in order to take over the entire Universe, and nobody would get in his way. No matter how... nostalgic they may be or powerful they could become.
"Lord Frieza, I have returned after killing the previous King of Kanassa. He and his men have been replaced." Dodoria said, as Frieza smirked. "Good job Dodoria, keep an eye on Isha. I have no idea if she is going to change sides and join Vegeta. But I would prefer if you kept an eye on her to... give me information about what she plans." Frieza said, as Dodoria smirked. "It will be my pleasure~" He said, before leaving the room to take a shower. "Filthy bastard. Somebody, clean this mess up!" Frieza grumbled to himself.
======================================
Isha had entered the bathroom within her room inside the Ginyu Force bedrooms given to her once she joined their little group. She was standing in the shower as the water fell upon her body as she scrubbed the soap into her hair and body. She kept getting flashes of whatever that vision was between her and Lord Frieza as she tried to think about what happened on Planet Kanassa. She really didn't remember doing anything after making a deal with the Kanassan King, aside from shaking his hand.
Isha stood before an entire village of Namekian's, their corpses laying on the ground burned and most of them having been the victims of Frieza's men. Mostly Dodoria. Isha looked at Lord Frieza and watched as he took pleasure in watching all these weaker beings fall to his men. In fact it looked as though he was getting off to the idea of killing others for fun as well as genocide in general.
